Thank you for writing. I honor you for your question and for your own wise answer.
We are to be responsible for our own welfare, but as enlightened ones we are not to be obsessed in gaining wealth and material possessions for ourselves, beyond our needs. I believe our time here in 3D is very short, and our priorities are to be presenting Truth and helping others find their way amid the chaos, and as you say, "trying to progress spiritually and living according to God's Laws", and also completing our contract with Creator God.
I assure you that, when we are doing what is our mission, the Angels help us to provide for our needs to get the job done. I speak from years of experience, and I pray that many would awaken to have the same focus, as do you, my friend. May you have a magnificent New Year!
