Patrick can you give me the run down on Dr. Harvey Barnard NESARA INSTITUTE. According to Wikipedia (dont cringe just yet) he produced.

"a set of economic reforms proposed during the 1990s , which included replacing the income tax with a national sales tax, abolishing compound interest on secured loans, and returning to a bimetallic currency, would result in 0% inflation and a more stable economy. The proposals were never introduced before congress."

Patrick is their any truth to this and if so did Harvey Barnard participate in the creation of the NESARA law? Supposedly he died in 2005 so their is no way to know.

My second question, according to Dove of Oneness his NESARA Institute is a disinformation front for the Bush family. Can you confirm this?

Yes, I know about Harvey Barnard. He tried to get a bill through Congress, but failed. No, this work had nothing to do with NESARA. His acronym had different words and was used as disinformation to throw people off the trail of Truth about the real NESARA.

Your NESARA information came from a CIA/FBI controlled website. They are purposely disseminating disinformation to the public to keep people ignorant of the Truth. You will notice that the acronym of NESARA stands for a different title on this website (nesara.org) then does the true law to which I referred.

I have posted a letter from JR about this same concern on our "Hello, Central! NESARA is a Hoax" for your information. There is much government disinformation about NESARA to keep people from knowing of its existence and demanding its implementation.

Dear Patrick,

I do understand why certain people do not believe in N.E.S.A.R.A., the delays have been very frustrating. However I have had proof in my own life.

I am now 66 years old. Just before my 62nd birthday in 2003, I went down to the local Kansas Social Security Office to sign up for my retirement benefits. While sitting there with the young man who was handling my claim, I casually asked him if he had been trained for N.E.S.A.R.A. yet. His answer was, "Yes, but not as much as the I.R.S." I had my answer and thought it best not to press for more details. I was pretty sure that his response was spontaneous and that he had probably been instructed to keep this information to himself. At least he did not volunteer any more information. Also, anyone who is familiar with the changes that N.E.S.A.R.A. will bring are aware of the great changes that will happen within the I.R.S.

A few months later (still 2003) I spoke with a young woman recently out of the military and asked her if she knew anything about N.E.S..A.R.A. She replied that she did. She had heard about it while she was in the military but that she was discouraged that it would ever happen because it was over two years ago (in 2001).

My small town banker also professes to know nothing about the banking changes BUT he takes and reads every Internet article I give him about N.E.S.A.R.A.

I have known about the Humanitarian Projects and various parts of the changes that N.E.S.A.R.A. will bring ever since 1995. I have watched and waited and seen many subtle things happen that prove to me that changes are being made. They are just not being publicized by mainstream media, whose current job is misinformation and the promotion of fear.

So, to everyone out there who doubts, please do not lose heart. It IS happening. It is just taking a whole lot longer than anyone ever thought it would.
