Dear MM:
Thank you for your question. I have a question for you. Are you going somewhere? You say you are 75 years old and are disappointed that you are only going to experience part of the coming major shifts on our planet. Why do you say that? Are you planning to leave us?
Please understand that no one needs to physically leave Earth Shan through physical death ever again, unless we choose to do so. Heaven is coming to our planet! Those who are evil will decide to leave because they will not be able to stand the high frequencies on earth Shan. Others may leave out of fear of change, etc. but no one who is enlightened needs to leave.
All must be in balance and harmony on our planet for us to go into 5D. That includes our health. Presently we have the ability with the help of the Healing Angels to heal ourselves, but few people know how to do that. Our Star Friends will be bringing us new healing technologies very soon for every disease and health problem we now have.
Everyone who ascends to 5D must have perfect health to do so. We shall be assisted by the Beings of Light to accomplish this. Yes, this includes reversing the aging process. At some point in this process you will be given the choice of what age you wish your physical body to appear. If you notice the pictures we have of the various Ascended Masters and Sananda Immanuel, they all appear to be 25 to 35 years of age, though they may be hundreds of years old.
We do not age in 5D. We have no disease in 5D. There is no evil allowed in 5D. It is Heaven!
I'll see you here in Heaven, but I may not recognize you!
