oxins of many years. This largely comes down to sensible eating habits, and a reduction in the input of processed foods which contain many different chemicals. Your body is a wonderful mechanism, and able to cope with much abuse, but if you are to move on without repercussions within, it must be cleared out. It is about making the transition as easy as possible, and many of you have been understanding of what is required and working at it for a long time.

The immediate benefit is to improve your quality of health. As you draw more of the higher energies into your body so you retard the aging process, and even in older age can keep the normal frailties at bay. Your mental and emotional outlook is also very important. Thinking positively and being able to control your emotions are extremely necessary. You will find that although you are able to do this, if you do get caught unawares and bring about a negative feeling in your body particularly such as anger, it will actually cause you pain. The contrast with being at peace with yourself and “losing it” are so much more noticeable as you progress onwards.

Outside of your own efforts to get yourself ready, are great Beings that bathe the Earth in beautiful powerful uplifting energies. These affect everything and are slowly raising the vibrations upon Earth, regardless of your own personal efforts. Energies are even sent to you from the Central Sun and other places outside of your solar system. You cannot conceive of the tremendous amount of energy that is being used to lift you up. Some you draw to yourself, but most of it is grounded upon Earth. You have numerous groups that have been working for a long time to do this at particular node points. The whole Plan has been working itself out for many years, and is now coming together for the final days when the impetus will be dramatically speeded up. We gently lead you along the path that will provide you with fulfilment, and we see that all is proceeding exceptionally well.

As you get further into the energies of Ascension, remarkable changes will happen to your body. Disease will begin to disappear, and aging reversed. This is all in preparation for your ascent, and will tell you that your body is transforming into one of Light. There is no place for heavy matter in the higher dimensions, and indeed it could not exist there. Either matter takes on the new vibration, or otherwise it will be dissolved. Before any of you get worried, let me say that I am not referring to the soul as that is indestructible. Those Dear Ones who cannot make it this time round, will at an appropriate time be moved out of the rising energies. This will be in their best interests, as they will begin to feel uncomfortable and ill at ease. Everything is planned to perfection, and you will see that although there is a parting of the ways, you will all have benefited by travelling your journey together. There is no shame attached to being unable to rise to the challenge of making Ascension this time round. And there will be further opportunities as new cycles are entered, and they eventually reach their completion. In the future, you may find that you are one like me and become actively involved in helping evolution along. Certainly you will serve your Brothers and Sisters in some way or another, as “Service “ is the name of the game.

Soon your experiences will take off in no small way, and the next year should see you learning much of what will be required of you. The changes will happen as we have predicted, and your growth in Light will be phenomenal. Once it really starts there is a snowball effect, and that is underway now. Realise that you have taken a big step forwards and that there is no return, and nothing will stop you from reaching your goal.

It is after all the end-times, and that is exactly what it means. As always, keep yourself centered and continually focus on your goal.
