The great Roman orator, M. Julius Cicero, warned of the dangers posed to the state by traitors and treasonmongers who walk unrecognized among us.  In this "Ides of March" expose, we hope to isolate those who, in our opinion, betrayed this nation on March 20th, 1991, and what particular action taken by them should be of the greatest concern to every citizen who still has a spark of concern over the future of the United States of America. 

On March 10, 1991, an alien religion, which was utterly condemned by Emmanuel the Christ in St. Matthew 21, was given precedence over all other religions.  Worse than that, those who in our opinion are guilty of treasonous activities, blatantly and without reservation, violated the Constitution of the United States of America, to whit, the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..." 

In flagrant violation of the First Amendment and the Bill of Rights, Congressmen Robert H. Michel (R-IL) and Richard Gephardt (D-MO), co-sponsored a resolution whose title cleverly hid its intent, which resolution was passed into law on MARCH 20th, 1991.  Cicero would have had no trouble in classifying these two "representatives" nor whom it was they represented.  [Emphasis added.]

While America was wallowing in the glow of a "victory" over Iraq; while our attention was being distracted by mass spectator sports, television and weekend leisure pursuits, a most perfidious public law was enacted by voice vote, the conspirators not wishing to be identified with the anti-Christian, anti-Moslem content of a resolution that should have been strangled at birth. "He who is not with Me is against Me", said Emmanuel the Christ, and certainly Robert Michel, Richard Gephardt, Thomas Foley, Robert Byrd, President Bush and 224 of "our" lawmakers left no doubt about where their loyalties lay.

This tale of infamy began on January 31st, 1991 when Robert Michel, cosponsored by Richard Gephardt, introduced a resolution under the title: "A JOINT RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE MARCH 26TH, 1991, AS EDUCATION DAY, U.S.A.". It was sent to the Post Office and Civil Service Committee after being cosponsored by 224 of "our" representatives.  "Well, that sounds like a good idea", some will say. "We sorely need an Education Day to remind us of the dreadful state of our education system."

What kind of an "education", though, is all important, if indeed what the resolution contained could even remotely be described as "education". In short, the Michel-Gephardt resolution was a FRAUD on the people of the United States.  On March 5th, 1991, this resolution, sheltered by its cunningly deceptive title, passed the House by voice vote--something worthy of note--and on March 14th it was sent to President George Bush who affixed his signature thereto, becoming PUBLIC LAW No. 102-14 on March 20th, 1991.  While we slept, "our" representatives and "our president", who swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution, grossly violated it, willfully, purposefully, and without a second thought. 

The diabolical betrayal of the Constitution passed as if unnoticed.  At the time (March 1991), I looked in vain for signs of protest.  By and large the Christian churches were as silent as the grave.  Having been almost completely absorbed by Judaism, this was not unexpected.  Apart from on or two newsletters, I saw nothing to show that Americans were protesting this latest insult.  Our representatives, cowed and fearful or otherwise happy to serve a foreign power, went right along with betraying the people they are allegedly representing.

Public Law No. 102-14 is no less than an attempt to force New World Order ideas upon this nation which are utterly alien and therefore utterly unacceptable.  Public Law No. 102-14 deliberately promotes a NEW SECT of the Judaic religion in flagrant violation of the First Amendment and the Bill of Rights, and those who signed it should therefore be impeached forthwith.

Here is how House Joint Resolution of March 21st, 1991, reads:

"Whereas Congress recognizes the historical tradition of ethical values and principles which are the basis of a civilized society upon which our great Nation was founded; Whereas these ethical values and principles have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization (a fine piece of literary license if ever there was one!), when they were known as "the Seven Noahide Laws'."

Now, I can understand if we are not familiar with the so-called Noahide Laws, but we are not alone.  I venture to suggest that 99% of Christian Americans, Native Indian Americans and Moslem Americans are as equally in the dark as we are.  Then in the richest irony of them all, House Resolution March 21st continues as follows:

"Whereas without these ethical values and principles the edifice of civilization stands in serious peril of returning to chaos..." One presumes that Michel is attributing these "values and principles" to the Noahide Laws, which if true, shows real "chutzpah".

"Whereas society is profoundly concerned with the recent weakening of these principles that has resulted in a crisis that beleaguer and threaten the fabric of civilized society..." (Michel must be dreaming--the weakening of principles has been going on since the time on earth when evil confronted Emmanuel the Christ--and is by no stretch of imagination "recent".)

"Whereas the justified preoccupations with these new crises must not let the citizens of this Nation (presumably that includes Native Indians, American Christians and Moslems) lose sight of their responsibilities to transmit these historical ethical values from our distinguished past to the generations of the future."

All fine and dandy, UNTIL we read on and find out exactly WHOSE EXAMPLE we are supposed to follow in pursuit of Robert Michel's high ideals.  No, it is not Emmanuel the Christ who has been teaching such principles for nearly 2000 years, nor is it the prophet Mohammed who has been teaching virtually the same principles for 1300 years.  As this is not "20 Questions" or some other TV guessing game, let us discover the big secret of exactly WHO it is that Michel upholds as a paragon of virtue in House Joint Resolution March 21st, 1991.

"Whereas the Lubavitch Movement has fostered and promoted these ethical values and principles throughout the world; Whereas Rabbi Menachen Mendel Schneerson, leader of the Lubavitch movement, is universally respected and revered and his eighty-ninth birthday falls on March 26th, 1991; Whereas in tribute to this great spiritual leader, 'the rebbe' , this, his ninetieth year will be seen as one of 'education and giving' and the year in which we turn to education and charity to return the world to the moral and ethical values contained in the Seven Noahide Laws, and;

"Whereas this will be reflected in an International Scroll signed by the President of the United States and other heads of state; Now therefore be it resolved by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, that March 26th, 1991, the start of the ninetieth year of Rabbi Menachen Schneerson, leader of the worldwide Lubavitch Movement, is designated 'Education Day, U.S.A.'.  The President is requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such a day with appropriate ceremonies and activities."  Signed, Thomas Foley, Speaker of the House, Robert Byrd, President Protempore of the Senate, and signed into law by George Bush, President of the United States, March 20th, 1991. 

Are you rubbing your eyes?  Do you think this is some kind of bad joke?  Well, let me tell you, this is a deadly serious hoax that has been perpetrated on the American people.  Christopher Marlowe, probably the greatest poet-playwright the world has ever known, said of the Jews, "They have the cheed of the devil", and when we begin to assimilate what the Jews have planned for us in Public Law No. 102-14, we will have no quarrel with that.

Since when has the President of the United States, Thomas Foley, Robert Byrd, Robert Michel and Richard Gephardt been granted dispensation to DISOBEY THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION?  These men have defied the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights, by elevating an obscure Jewish sect to a position of preeminence in religion in this country?

THE CONSTITUTION FORBIDS SUCH ACTION!  WHAT THESE MEN HAVE DONE IS FAR WORSE THAN ANYTHING RICHARD NIXON EVER DID DURING THE ANNALS OF WATERGATE.  The best that Richard Doar, the Majority Council for the Ervin Commission, could dredge up against Nixon was UNIMPEACHABLE minor violations, such as not filing "proper" income tax returns.

"Whereas President Bush, Thomas Foley, Robert Byrd, Robert Michel and Richard Gephardt have conspired together to violate the First Amendment and the Bill of Rights; it is resolved that they shall be removed from office by the legal process of IMPEACHMENT."  Unless we as a nation can find a leader who has the COURAGE to initiate such impeachment proceedings, we shall continue to lose our birthright at an accelerated pace.

Friends of Chabad Lubavitch have taken out full page advertisements in The Jerusalem Post crowing over their success.  Typical is the April 4th, 1991, edition which carried a spread showing President Bush opposite "The Lubavitch Rebbe" with a panel in between bearing the legend: "Over 90 Senators and members of Congress Inaugurate 'Celebrations 90' of Congressional Tribute to The Rebbe.  New Secretary of Education, Honorable Lamar Alexander, calls for transform from 'Nation at Risk' to 'Nation of Leaners'."

Another full page ad appeared in the June 29th issue of The Jerusalem Post under banner headlines: "The Time for Your redemption has Arrived".  The ad says that "Mashiach (the Messiah), the anointed one, is the JEWISH leader chosen by G'd to inaugurate the redemption... Once He is successful, He rebuilds the Holy Temple in Jerusalem and returns the Jewish people to their homeland, his identity as the Mashiach will be certain.  The Messianic-Age will have begun."

In the Week-Ending August 31st, 1991, edition of The Jerusalem Post, yet another Chabad Lubavitch advertisement appeared:

 

"These are amazing times.  The Iron Curtain has tumbled... Iraq is humbled... The people of Israel emerge whole from under a rainstorm of murderous missiles...  And entire beleaguered population is airlifted to safety overnight...  A tidal wave of Russian Jews reaches Israel...  Truth and justice take center stage, with America emerging as the leading global power..."  (I wonder why we were told during the Gulf War that only TWO Scud missiles hit Israeli targets?)

Then on page 21 of the International Edition of The Jerusalem Post, week ending October 5th, 1991, the following books are offered for sale by Chabad Lubavitch: KABALLAH FOR THE LAYMAN by Dr. Phillip S. Berg.  "The study of souls, karma and reincarnation, astrology and vast power sources that can be tapped."

EVERYMAN'S TALMUD "Helps readers understand the great power of post Biblical teachers and explains the history and make-up of the Talmud; summarizes its major teachings."

Let us examine some of the shocking liberties taken with we-the-people by Congress in passing the Public Law 102-14, and dissect some of the language of verbiage in which it is clothed:

"Whereas the Lubavitch movement has fostered and promoted these ethical values and principles throughout the world..."  This implies that neither Christ, Mohammed nor Buddha nor anyone else for that matter "fostered and promoted ethical values and principles throughout the world..."

What audacity!  We can understand Representative Michel setting Judaism above all religions of the world, given the fact that he is Jewish, but how could Foley, Byrd, Gephardt, who profess Christianity--we exclude President Bush because he is a number of the Order of Skull and Bones--and scores of House and Senate members take part in such a dastardly charade?

"Whereas Congress recognizes the historical tradition of ethical values and principles.... upon which our great nation was founded: Whereas these ethical values and principles have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization WHEN THEY WERE KNOWN AS THE SEVEN NOAHIDE LAWS..."  Please note NOWHERE in the preamble to the resolution did it tell us WHAT these "Noahide Laws" consist of.  First of all, it should be hotly disputed that our civilization rests upon some obscure Jewish law.  Our laws DO NOT rest upon the Noahide Laws, which perhaps only 1% of the Jewish people themselves know about.

IF Congress "recognizes the historical tradition of ethics and values", why has it not seen fit to honor THE CONSTITUTION, the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND?  Why not have the President sign an International Scroll honoring OUR Constitution, which is the greatest document ever delivered by man?  Why do we have to go and honor some obscure Jewish rabbi, whom 99% of Americans have never ever heard of, a rabbi who fosters an alien religion despised by Emmanuel the Christ and the prophet Mohammed?

 

CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME.  If Michel, Gephardt, Foley, Byrd and Bush feel such a compelling need to establish "Education Day, U.S.A.", why not have a special DAY OF THE CONSTITUTION, in which EVERYBODY is taught the mighty "historical tradition of ethical values and principles which are the basis of civilized society upon which our great Nation was founded".  God knows there is GREAT NEED to have the Constitution taught properly in our schools and universities.

The mighty spiritual, moral and ethical values contained in this greatest of all documents does NOT depend on some obscure Jewish sect "Chabad Lubavitch" and its leader, Rabbi Menachen Mendel Schneerson, of whom 99% of UNITED STATES CITIZENS have never heard of.  It is PREPOSTEROUS and a STUPID INSULT to this nation by Michel, Gephardt, Foley, Byrd and Bush to put Jewish Law ABOVE our U.S. Constitution.

These five alleged "representatives" of our people, who are supposed to uphold the laws of the United States, have committed an ugly breach of the law, and should be called to account for their misdeeds by means of legal impeachment proceedings; otherwise, CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES, WE WILL HAVE TAKEN ANOTHER STEP TOWARD LOSING OUR BIRTHRIGHT.

"Whereas the Lubavitch movement has fostered and promoted these ethical values and principles throughout the world..."  This sets up this obscure Jewish sect as THE promoters of ethical values.  What impudence! Didn't Emmanuel the Christ and the prophet Mohammed "foster and promote these ethical values"?  Indeed they did.  To elevate this obscure Jewish sect to preeminence OVER other great teachers is preposterous and highly insulting to say the least of it.

"Whereas in tribute to this great spiritual leader, 'the rebbe', this, his ninetieth year will be seen as a year of 'education and giving', the year in which we turn to education and charity to return the world to the moral and ethical values contained in the Seven Noahide Laws..."  What great spiritual leader are they talking about?  Schneerson is an obscure leader of some obscure sect!  He is NOT universally known, except, perhaps, among the Jews.  Christ, the Son of God, IS universally known, an He taught the greatest moral, ethical 'education and giving' mankind has ever received.

Is it "ethical" and principled to deprive the Palestinians of their land and murder and imprison thousands of them?  Is it "ethical" and principled to have allowed Ariel Sharon to invade the sovereign nation of Lebanon and bomb, shell and shoot 30,000 of its citizens to death?  Is it "ethical" to allow the same Ariel Sharon to tighten the grip of the Zionist state upon the West Bank, where over 100,000 houses for Jewish settlers have pushed the rightful owners off their property and left them homeless?

 

Although the President of the United States looks the other way and does not uphold the Constitution which he swore an oath to protect, that does not mean that the rest of us have to follow his example.  Is it "ethical" and principled to fight Christians tooth and nail to prevent symbols of the birth of Emmanuel the Christ to be displayed in public places, while they, the Jews, display their Menorah on public land in the City of Beverly Hills as they did all during the 1991 Christmas period?

What then are these fabled "Noahide Laws" which the government of the United States, in open defiance of its Constitution, has elevated to become the law of the United States of America also?  The "Noahide Laws" allegedly are the laws left to the Jews by Noah.  Since Noah was not a Jew, and since the word "Jew" did not appear in the Bible until the 1700's, how then have these "laws" been appropriated by the Judaic religion?  On researching the subject, I came across a book written by Rabbi Marvin Antelman, which I have in my library.

After considerable efforts to summarize what Antelman wrote, and it was a complicated task, I was able to distill and condense the following without sacrificing any accuracy:

(1) "Thou shall not engage in idol worship.

(2) "Thou shall not blaspheme God (spelled G'd).

(3) "Thou shall not shed innocent blood of any human nor fetus nor ailing person who has a limited time to live.

(4) "Thou shall not engage in bestial, incestuous, adulterous or homosexual relations nor commit an act of rape.

(5) "Thou shall not steal.

(6) "Thou shall establish laws and courts of law to administer these laws, including the death penalty for those who kill, administered only if there is one testifying eye witness.

(7) "Thou shall not be cruel to animals."

"Well, what is wrong with that", some of us might say, "it looks as if they have some pretty good laws in there that should be made mandatory." The problem is that it requires a lot of study of Antelman's book and a very sound knowledge of Judaic law to see the hidden pitfalls in the "Seven Noahide Laws".  The fact is ALL of the above (except for the death penalty) are ALREADY mandated in the teachings of Emmanuel the Christ and the teachings of the prophet Mohammed.

But let us begin with some of the glaring discrepancies in what the Jews say and what they do:

(3) The biggest supporters and financiers of abortion are found among the Jews.  Why hasn't "the rebbe" openly and publicly denounced those Jews by name?  Why doesn't "the rebbe" enforce his laws among his own people and bring those Jews who support abortion before ALREADY EXISTING Jewish courts which are in every city in the United States and indeed the world, wherever Jews have settled.

(4) The biggest supporters of homosexuality are found among the Jews.  This is an established fact.  Why hasn't "the rebbe" denounced Representative Barney Frank, who is an open homosexual Jew?  Why hasn't "the rebbe" hauled Frank before the many Jewish courts in existence?

(6) Such courts have been in existence for thousands of years.  The biggest opposition to the death penalty are the Jews, who have thousands of Jewish lawyers and well-financed groups led by prominent wealthy Jews who tenaciously oppose the death penalty.  Why hasn't "the rebbe" openly and publicly denounced those Jews by name and brought them to justice for disobeying the "Seven Noahide Laws".  In any case, since murderers seldom leave eyewitnesses hanging around, the "Seven Noahide Laws" as they apply to murder would be almost impossible to enforce.

Could it be there is something sinister afoot here?  I believe that there is, and it is to be found in the first and second of the "Seven Noahide Laws".  Earnest Easterly, Professor of International Law Center, is on record as saying that "With further recognition by other AND INTERNATIONAL COURTS, the Seven Noahide Laws should become the cornerstone of a truly civilized INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ORDER." Does this have overtones of the nature of a One World Government?  It certainly does, and therein lies a very real danger.

Didn't Emmanuel the Christ suffer execution ordered by a Jewish court because his accusers said he had "blasphemed God"?  Yes, history proves that, and it also proves that his Jewish accusers went to a ROMAN court (a higher court than their own) to have the sentence carried out.  "Oh well, this is the United States, and things like that just do not happen here", we say.  REALLY?  What if the Jews went to a higher U.S. court to have provisions of Public Law 102-14 carried out?

What could YOU be accused of?  Try articulating your belief that Jesus is the Son of God.  That would be blasphemy with a CAPITAL B.  "Well, no United States court would sentence anyone to death for that, our rights are protected by the U.S. Constitution", some would say.  If we believe that we are still protected under the Constitution, then we need to review the THOUSANDS of cases where our rights have been most flagrantly ignored by judges and courts only too happy to railroad us into jail.

The United States has the largest per capita jail population in the world bar none.  A lawyer friend of mine has spent two years compiling a list of the most flagrant cases where constitutional rights of those charged with crimes were blatantly ignored, and where defendants have been shouted at by judges, "Don't give me that stuff about the Constitution."  Thus far he has compiled records of over 1,000 such cases.  If we believe that our representatives will come to our rescue, we should think again.  Wasn't it these same "representatives" who BLATANTLY ignored the Constitution in passing a law which made an alien religion and an alien belief THE LAW OF THE UNITED STATES?  When are we going to wake up?

(1) "Thou shall not engage in idol worship."

The "Jewish" Bible, The Talmud, spells out in over 50 places that Christian items of worship such as the Cross, ARE IDOLS, and THEIR law says we are no longer allowed to worship idols.  We need to remind ourselves that the mother of Jesus was reviled by the same Talmud, as was Emmanuel the Christ.  The Talmud also tells us that men like "the rebbe" are God's gift to humanity and that we shall one day be ruled by their beneficent, civilized and moral ethics, the very same ones that sent Emmanuel the Christ to the Cross!

(7) "Thou shall not be cruel to animals."

Very noble, BUT what of the Schechtka Law which allows "kosher rabbis" to slaughter animals for food in the most cruel and barbaric manner? "Schechtka" has the animal, let us say a cow, hoisted by its hind legs, at which point the rabbi or his designated official steps forward and slits the animal's throat.  The cow then hangs there gasping and moaning for breath until the last drop of blood has drained out of its body.  This cruelty is a DAILY PRACTICE in every one of our cities and towns.  Organizations like The Animal Welfare League have tried in vain to have our long-existing civil laws against cruelty to animals apply to the Jews as to all others, but without success, for our officials go "in fear of the Jews" as Emmanuel the Christ once said.

We need to be alerted and made aware that the scheme to foist "the rebbe" and his "universally accepted and reverted" Chaba Lubavitch movement's Jewish laws upon a ONCE FREE United States of America was discussed and adopted by the Bilderbergers at their June 5th-8th, 1990, meeting at Sand, a small town near Baden-Baden, Germany.  It is a proven fact that President Bush and HUNDREDS of members of Congress are servants of the conspirators, so why wouldn't they carry out Bilderberger orders to put Rabbi Menachen Mendel Shneerson and his obscure Lubavitch sect on a pedestal from where they can work to impost Jewish law upon the rest of us, whether we accept it or not?

Some Jewish scholars might take issue with me for calling Chaba Lubavitch a new sect of Judaism.  The Encyclopedia of Judaism which I researched for many years and indeed still research, says: "Habad (Chabad) is virtually a new movement within Hasidism, and so it is regarded by itself as well as by Hasidism of other groups who tend to dub the Habad (Chabad) approach 'philosophy', i.e., mere intellectual playing with concepts and thus almost a betrayal of the warm, intimate and emotional approaches of Israel BA-AL Al Shemtov.

Also that I describe Lubavitch as a "sect" will cause anger and resentment, but it is indeed a sect.  Although the original Habad (Chabad) was founded by Shneur Zalman of Lyday (1745-1813), which also proves it is very new, there were a number of branches (sects) who broke from the central dynasty of Maggid of Mezhirech and settled in Libavitch.  Thus the claim that it is "universal" is based on a false premise.

Moreover, Lubavitch has a lot of kabalistic designations. "Habad" (Chabad) is an acronym--"Hokhm, Binah Da'at"--i.e., wisdom, understanding and knowledge.  These are KABALISTIC designations. Another kabalistic ritual is the doctrine of Tsimtsum.  The whole is based on the Kabalism of Issac Luria in its original form. Is this the type of "education" we need in America?  Thus, far from being "universally recognized", Chaba Lubavitch is regarded with suspicion among the bulk of Jewry.  Michel and Gephardt obviously have not done their homework.
