Walk in the woods! Contemplate a lovely Pond. Doze in the warmth of the sun. Dance on the grass (or if you are in a cold climate, then make Snow Angels!) Be Silent in the Great Majesty of a Forest. Be still. Watch the insects. Soar with the Freedom of a Raptor. Drink your fill of wonderment! You are connected to ALL LIFE! We are You and You are Us and Together WE JOURNEY TO THE STARS! Look for us!
