take in, takes in new energy ~ new life. With the outward breath you release your stresses and this moving energy cycle can help you relax any tense muscles and any tender places in the body.

The energy and the process takes you deep within, into your heart, into that space where you connect with your inner self. The energy of You that has been the same throughout your life. And when you were small, do you remember you had conversations with yourself? You had fun with your self ~ your inner child ~ your inner life. And you had visions of what you would be and what you would do, and perhaps places you would go to. These visions and conversations were part of your Creative Self, your Higher Self and your Soul energy coming in to inspire you and to lead you.

Let yourself go back in time to when you were totally supported. You had no cares, you had no need to provide for yourself ~ it was all given ~ and in that moment you can be transformed back to the awareness before you had form, before you had body. And it is if you are enveloped in a blanket of warmth ~ of love.

And indeed you were, and still are supported, in impulses and in waves of energy which bring to you answers to your needs. We come at this time to be with you, speaking from the Brotherhood of Light to reinforce that message of support. This is a message brought to you so that you can release your concerns about your everyday existence, and so that you can open to receive your needs.

There is a great construct within your world created from webs of light which carry thoughts and information and desires, and just as you began your early years with creative thoughts and visions, these are continued, always, in your present moments. Many of your thoughts of creations are manifested from other aspects of you which come through to connect into your thought patterns in the present. You often experience sensations and knowledge of ways to create that immediately your own thought patterns say that is not possible, and so that energy line becomes cut off, and yet we say ~ open to consider these creative thoughts and impulses, for they indeed are part of the process of creating the new ways of living, of bringing through a greater balance and greater excitement and joy to your living. Your world of manifestation needs the new visions to come through and then it needs the responsibility of people to put into action those visions, so everything that you perceive as possible and as a new way to live, you must allow to come to fruition and to be expressed and manifested. So you become the new creation and you are the change that brings about the new life.

At this point the energy surrounding you is to stimulate the creative aspects of you. It comes into your mind and it comes into your heart centre, and it comes into your areas of will and desire, and it comes into your centres of courage and confidence, and the energy comes in to reinforce your trust in your own self and in the supporting universal energies. It comes in to give you strength. With these energy impulses we see your energy change. We see your light body self increase and we see how the energy goes from you into the universe around you. It is there actively working for you as part of your entire unit self.

And we speak in this way with slightly different words so that you acknowledge you are moving in a different way and will understand that what is given will bring you to the point of remembering how to create and manifest. And these ways you knew and have indeed practised in other life experiences. In this time you co-ordinate all the creative impulses and all aspects within your universe. You are central within your universe. You are that point that issues the energy and also receives the flows to maintain your presence and awareness.

The energy is given for you to be filled in every aspect of you and your life.

This energy is always available. It is only the busy times mentally or physically which you have which separates you from the unlimited supply of the life essence.

With your powerful energy at this time you are one with all those other beings around you in many dimensions who all focus on being aware and on being of service to the whole universe. If you perceive your life as being a universe, you will see the importance of maintaining your energy levels.

In this moment we also address the life essence of every cell within your body so that everything will be in line and in order.

In many cases there is a sorting out process occurring, both within yourself and in the lives of others around you. In the sorting out process many agreements are completed. This leaves you free to move in accordance with your Purpose, your Soul Life.

This time is a time to lay down much of the knowledge and ways which you have felt rule the existence of life. Remember there are no limits. Remember that new ways are appearing within your own thoughts and visions and dreams. And all is working perfectly.

For a moment, be aware of your Light Self ~ this great energy form of yours. Be aware of the energy within your heart and your hands and how you encompass the entire world before you in this energy. A loving radiance which you share in, and that loving essence will also go to everyone in your minds and awareness that you would seek to touch in love, in light, balance and harmony and to bring forth the purity of the Soul Purpose of each, and we in the Brotherhood are with you all as we stand and do this.

There is great joy as we see before us the Earth transforming, and great communication taking place within consciousness.

Gently now we bring you back to your gathering place. Be aware of the great energy around you and how it fills your form, your awareness, your thoughts. And with your hands of light lovingly touch all parts of yourself ~ this great physical residing place for your energy self.

Again we lovingly embrace you in a flow of energy which you may perceive as colours or objects. This we give to you. We thank you for sharing your self in this act of joining together and we will continue our journeys together, where you remember how to use the energy and what the energy is and what your connections are.

Beloved, you are loved.

Become aware that you are settling back within your body, brought back quite firmly so that you feel your self and your energy come back right down to your feet, but you are bringing a different reality back with you to your form. You have experienced a great journey, and remember the messages and visions you had. Take some deep breaths. Breathe deeply to waken again, for it's time to be back in the world, Beings of Light, but being a Light here.
