e through this one; and I am here to tell you of a grand assemblage of beings who have come to earth to administer some advances to the law that has been at the forefront of many people's thoughts these days. When the revealing is accomplished you will find an element that you had not before realized would be part of the law. It is an element that has come about through the placement of the security that has been utilized in the coming forth of the event.

When I say that this is the day, I say that figuratively. In our time there is a saying, "If it is in a thought it is in existence." This is the universal law, and we are seeing it played out in our realm. We are observing the results of the manifestation of the thoughts you all are putting to this issue. We are seeing the results of the focus that you have put on this announcement that you await. I would like to share with you a few points that we are seeing in manifestation in our realm. We have seen the coming forth of the community bylaws that bring the representation of the people to a grand accord. We are seeing the placement of trusted officials in various positions of authority, and they are to serve terms that are of shorter duration, in some instances.

We are also seeing a coming together of the banking industry to a clearer presentation of their practices, and a more equitable representation of their trust with your monies. We are seeing a turn-around of certain activities of governing that before took the power out of the hands of the people and kept it in the hands of the few. We see the complete restoration of constitutional law, and the coming to the front of the pursuits of the agenda of the immediately preceding government board, so that the people may be shown the practices that these ones had and the undercover employment they enjoyed for the coercion of the people.

As we watch the various parts of the law take effect, and serve the purposes for which they have been brought into effect, we are seeing the changes in the people as they begin to realize their power once more. We are seeing the effect of the release of the tyrannical ways in which they have been governed. We are also seeing the anger and disillusionment that many are experiencing. This we are convinced will be the power that brings you to the front and begins to change the outcome of all the influences that you have allowed into your lives.

We wish to tell you my friends, that this is the opportunity that you have brought to yourselves in the interest of bringing an understanding of how you have allowed your authority to be usurped. This is an energy that has brought its string through the fabric of your lives. It has interwoven itself throughout your experience in a way that was so subtle as to seem non-existent. Now you are seeing how this has happened; and we wish to advise you to stop and take a look at the situation, from a large perspective, and realize that this has been a gradual erosion of your societal makeup, and not to be judged as weak, or non-committal on your parts. This is a result of the energies that you have been playing in, and it is the last throes of the Lucifer rebellion. You are all coming out of the effects of the play that has been orchestrated on this planet for these many eons. Yes, my dear ones, this is about to be revealed, and you will come to a clearer understanding of the points of this whole scenario, and your parts in it. The healing is taking place in our realm, even as you still live and operate in the amnesia. We are seeing the awakening take place, and the power restored to the individual beingness of all of you. This is a process that can take its own time in your realm; for you know how time is regarded in the realm we live in, and in yours. We are telling you that this is the promise you give to yourselves, and we are seeing the effects of that promise. Very soon, you will see what we are seeing; you will be living that promise, and you will see the results at the same time that we see them, for when you bring them into physical manifestation, it is there for all to see.

We are pleased to have been able to bring you this look into your future. This is the promise that you have brought to yourselves, and it is soon to be your reality. We are seeing the blessings that you have called forth, and it is glorious, and it is fruitful. Enjoy your day, my dear ones, and march forward in the knowledge that you are in creation mode and it is coming to the front of your reality.
