James Gilliland is being attacked and laws and rules ignored. Appears falling under the Agenda 21 Plan and probably includes his activist work and proving UFO's exist that are of the light. The ET friends have a base inside a mountain by him. This started where he paid for permits for the land as done before but then ignored by the county, said he can't use his buildings which includes his home, taken to court to remove him from the land he's owned for years. Now they have instigated phony felony charges against him to lock him up.
