NASA TO BOMB MOON ON OCTOBER 9, 2009 / NASA MOON BOMBING VIOLATES SPACE LAW & MAY CAUSE CONFLICT WITH LUNAR ET/UFO CIVILIZATIONS
Hello Mr senator,congressman,president,or other world leader
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I have great concern about the current NASA program LCROSS project that has been in operation for the last few months and is scheduled to shoot a two ton kinetic weapon at the surface of the moon on October 9th 2009.
This is a direct violation of UN resolution 2222 written in the 1499th plenary meeting on December 19, 1966. I have provided a link to this here:

This document states that the AGREEMENT GOVERNING THE ACTIVITIES ON THE MOON AND OTHER CELESTIAL BODIES(1979) must be followed. I have provided a link to this here: http://www.islandone.org/Treaties/BH766.html
article 3 states how LCROSS is in violation of this treaty I have provided that here
Article 3
1. The moon shall be used by all States Parties exclusively for peaceful purposes.
2. Any threat or use of force or any other hostile act or threat of hostile act on the moon is prohibited. It is likewise prohibited to use the moon in order to commit any such act or to engage in any such threat in relation to the earth, the moon, spacecraft, the personnel of spacecraft or man-made space objects.
3. States Parties shall not place in orbit around or other trajectory t or around the moon objects carrying nuclear weapons or any other kinds of weapons of mass destruction or place or use such weapons on or in the moon.
4. The establishment of military bases, installations and fortifications, the testing of any type of weapons and the conduct of military manoeuvres on the moon shall be forbidden. The use of military personnel for scientific research or for any other peaceful purposes shall not be prohibited. The use of any equipment or facility necessary for peaceful exploration and use of the moon shall also not be prohibited.
The act of equipping a 2 ton kinetic weapon(WMD) is a violation of this treaty alone. NASA not only has one currently equipped they plan to use it on October 9th 2009 which is also a violation according to article 3.
There also has been another treaty called: Treaty on Principles Governing The Activities Of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, Including the Mooand Other Celestial Bodies. The moon and other celestial bodies shall be used by all State Parties to the Treaty exclusively for peaceful purposes. The establishment of military bases,installations and fortifications,the testing of any type of weapons and the conduct of military maneuvers on celestial bodies shall be forbidden. The use of military personnel for scientific research or for any other peaceful purposes shall not be prohibited. The use of any equipment or facility necessary for peaceful exploration of the moon and other celestial bodies shall also not be prohibited.” This again says that equipping 2 ton kinetic weapons or any other WMD, and using it is against this treaty. It is blatantly violating UN treaty's. This is unacceptable. Why has no member state of the UN attempted to stop this? This is treason plain and simple by the US government and NASA. This is treason against whomever is reading this and remaining silent while this is allowed. UN treaty's are written to provide world stabilization and if th violation of this one is swept under the rug what example does this set to the world, that violating UN treaty's is ok? I ask you as a concerned citizen of planet earth to not allow this to happen. Do we have scientific evidence that doing this will not have devastating effects on our own planet? NASA moon bombing violates space law & may cause conflict with lunar ET/UFO civilizations
Commentary: The planned October 9, 2009 bombing of the moon by a NASA orbiter that will bomb the moon with a 2-ton kinetic weapon to create a 5 mile wide deep crater as an alleged water-seeking and lunar colonization experiment, is contrary to space law prohibiting environmental modification of celestial bodies. The NASA moon bombing, a component of the LCROSS mission, may also trigger conflict with known extraterrestrial civilizations on the moon as reported on the moon in witnessed statements by U.S. astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong, and in witnessed statements to NSA (National Security Agency) photos and documents regarding an extraterrestrial base on the dark side of the moon.
If the true intent of the LCROSS mission moon bombing is a hostile act by NASA against known extraterrestrial civilizations and settlements on the moon, then NASA and by extension the U.S. government are guilty of aggressive war which is the most serious of war crimes under the U.N. Charter and the Geneva Conventions, to which the U.S. is subject. The U.N. Outer Space Treaty, which the U.S. has ratified, requires that “ The moon and other celestial bodies shall be used by all States Parties to the Treaty exclusively for peaceful purposes. The establishment of military bases, installations and fortifications, the testing of any type of weapons and the conduct of military manoeuvres on celestial bodies shall be forbidden.” 98 nations have ratified and 125 nations have signed the U.N. Outer Space Treaty.
NASA’s LCROSS (Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite) mission
The NASA LCROSS (Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite) mission, which departed on Earth on June 18, 2009. According to one report, “Flying over the moon's southern hemisphere, LCROSS will use its high-precision instruments, as well as close-up images of the terrain gathered by the lunar orbiter, to seek out a crater just shallow enough and dark enough to be a prime bombing target.
“There, acting as what the Ames team calls its "shepherding spacecraft," LCROSS will guide an empty Centaur rocket weighing two tons toward its target. The rocket will crash into the crater at 5,600 mph, creating a new crater - perhaps as large as 5 miles wide. The crash is scheduled to occur Oct. 9.”
The two-ton Centaur rocket qualifies as a space-based kinetic weapon. The reason alleged by NASA for the mission is that “the [LCROSS} probes will map possible landing sites and search for water sources that could be used by a future lunar colony.”
According to NASA, “The Mission Objectives of the Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite (LCROSS) include confirming the presence or absence of water ice in a permanently shadowed crater at the Moon’s South Pole. The identification of water is very important to the future of human activities on the Moon. LCROSS will excavate the permanently dark floor of one of the Moon’s polar craters with two heavy impactors in 2009 to test the theory that ancient ice lies buried there. The impact will eject material from the crater’s surface to create a plume that specialized instruments will be able to analyze for the presence of water (ice and vapor), hydrocarbons and hydrated materials.”
