I'm sure there are many books written by and about Walter Russell and his wife Lao. The ones I have are:
"The Man Who Tapped the Secrets of the Universe" (the story of the life of Walter Russell) by Glenn Clark.
"Atomic Suicide" by Walter Russell and Lao Russell
"A New Concept of the Universe" (special revised edition of "A Brief Treatise on the Russell Cosmogony" by Walter Russell. (Awesome book IMO).
