There were three primary objectives involved in accomplishing our mission. First, develop the underlying technology necessary to form the basis of the new energy source. Second, create turnkey energy generation devices that utilize the technology for easy and transparent replacement of traditional forms of energy. Third, advance the designs and specifications of the devices to the point where worldwide mass production and deliveries could begin within months.

Our Accomplishments

The Genesis Project resulted in a landmark technological breakthrough that allows hydrogen and oxygen gas to be inexpensively created from ordinary water. The amount of water consumed to generate hydrogen and oxygen gases from this process are negligible, there are no harmful emissions or waste created, and the only byproduct is ultra clean moisture.

To date, the Genesis Technology Team has created and announced three versions of the energy from water generation technology:

1. Edison Technology- seamlessly replaces electricity and natural gas provided by utility companies.

2. HICEF Technology- seamlessly replaces gasoline and diesel fuel for internal combustion engines.

3. iGas Technology- produces ultra high volumes of hydrogen and oxygen gases, which seamlessly replaces the natural gas, coal and diesel fuel used in industrial and commercial industries.

During the 2003 licensing period, applicants from over 140 nations were selected for award of Edison Technology licenses. In addition, nearly every major vehicle manufacturer in the world requested a license for the HICEF Technology. Since the 2003 announcement, license requests for iGAS have been brisk.

On August 19, 2003, GWE began the production of Edison Technology components, which will support the delivery of Edison Devices to consumers and businesses in 2004.

We created the Genesis technology to allow the world to view energy from a different perspective, and to prove that each one of us has the gift and power to change the world and make it a better place.

Today is only the beginning of our journey. We have given the world the gift of total freedom from the bonds of energy dependence on fossil fuels. Oil, natural gas and coal are precious resources that we can never recreate or replenish. The existence of many products we use in our everyday lives depend upon chemicals derived from oil, natural gas and coal. Once these natural resources are depleted, life as we know it will be gone as well.

iGas™ Technology

The Genesis IGAS (Industrial Gas) Technology represents a breakthrough related to the large volume production of hydrogen and oxygen gases, which can be easily used to replace natural gas, coal, diesel, and aviation fuel.

Among other significant potential beneficiaries, GWE’s introduction of the IGAS technology will allow large grid based electrical generation facilities and utility company customers to quickly benefit from the substantial environmental and cost reduction advantages offered by the Genesis water to fuel generation technology. Based on the current cost of traditional fossil fuels, IGAS users will find that the cost of converting to IGAS can be recovered within in an exceptionally short period of time.

Large-Scale Gas Production

The technology behind IGAS is similar to that utilized within GWE’s gCell, of which variations are used in its Edison and HICEF technologies. However, the IGAS technology utilizes special features that are intended to support long-term maximum operation in rugged industrial or commercial settings.

Large high output models of single IGAS gCell Stack based systems are capable of producing between 1 million and 2 million cubic feet of gas per day. IGAS systems can be assembled using any number of IGAS gCell Stacks, making it possible to produce ultra large volumes of gas, capable of meeting the needs of any industrial or commercial application. Smaller IGAS systems can be configured to meet literally any gas generation need, large or small.

Other Potential Beneficiaries Of IGAS

Besides the benefits offered to utility companies and their customers, the IGAS technology offers significant environmental and cost reduction benefits to a wide range of other applications. Examples of those applications include:

· Steel production and other large fuel consumption industries

The Genesis gCell Technology

Genesis IGAS is based on a revolutionary technology recently introduced by the Genesis Team in the form of the Edison Device - a residential and commercial energy generation unit that creates gas and electrical power through the separation of hydrogen and oxygen molecules contained in any source of water. At the core of this technology are the Genesis gCells, which break water down into its basic molecular structure through a series of electro-chemical processes, yielding ultra-pure hydrogen and oxygen gases. The reactant chemistry in the Genesis IGAS Technology is different from that of the Edison Device and HICEF, and is intended for high volume industrial or commercial gas generation. Bringing It All Together: The Edison Device

While the gCell and eCell technology is breathtaking in its simplicity, it needed to be incorporated into a mechanism that could viably meet residential and commercial energy requirements. This has been accomplished through the Edison Device: a self-contained energy generation system consisting of stacks of gCells and eCells. The Edison Device is roughly the size of a typical residential outdoor air conditioning unit.

Installing the electrical generation feature of the Edison Device to any home or business simply requires attaching three wires to existing electrical service connections, typically located in the electrical box that contains the utility company's power meter. Installing the gas generation feature of the Edison Device simply requires connecting the device's gas feed line directly into the existing natural gas line on the customer's side of the utility company's gas meter. At that point, customers are fully independent from energy provided by utility companies. Appliances that use natural gas or propane are easily converted to use hydrogen gas by installing gas line flow restrictors that can be accomplished simply and easily by any average do-it-yourselfer.

As a safety precaution, if a gas leak develops in a customer's appliance, the Edison Device has the ability to detect the leak and immediately shut the gas supply off until repairs can be performed. As a result, gas supplied by the Edison Device will be safer than using natural gas or propane.

Market Ready

Although each licensed manufacturer of Edison Devices will be free to offer consumers systems with electrical and gas generation outputs which best meets the needs of their targeted markets, the Genesis Team has developed two market-ready models of the Edison Device which serve as examples of typical configurations: a residential version and a commercial version. The residential model is capable of producing up to 170 kilowatt hours electricity and a minimum of 20 therms of customer usable hydrogen gas per day (a typical home uses less than 100 kilowatt hours of electricity and less than 5 therms of gas), and the commercial model can generate up to 720 kilowatt hours of electricity and a minimum of 100 therms of customer usable hydrogen gas per day. For heavier commercial requirements, multiple Edison Devices can be linked together.

The design of the Edison Device has proven that less is more. The energy-generating portion of the device has no moving parts - in fact, the only "mechanical" aspects of the Edison Device are the small circulation pumps and micro-valves that control the flow of water and gases. As a result, maintenance is limited to the occasional replacement of inexpensive water filters that can easily be accomplished by consumers themselves, while water usage is minimal over the device's projected 20+ years of service life!

The Ultimate Green Machine

Using only small amounts of water to meet residential and commercial energy requirements, producing no noise or emissions beyond the creation of ultra pure water, and utilizing an energy generation technology that is self-sustaining, the Edison Device is truly a "green machine."

HICEF™ Technology

The Genesis HICEF (Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine Fuel) Technology represents a stunning breakthrough in hydrogen-based automotive power systems through its on-board, on-demand generation of hydrogen gas derived from water - circumventing the need for either externally supplied sources of hydrogen or hydrogen generation based on chemicals or fossil fuel derivatives.

The Genesis HICEF Technology is a dramatic departure from current hydrogen-based fuel cell research, which focuses on the generation of power for electric vehicles. Rather than abandoning the internal combustion engine and the decades of progress made in its improvement, the Genesis technology will enable automobile makers to design power systems that run off hydrogen gas rather than fossil fuels - thus eliminating a major source of pollution.

The HICEF device can be easily modified for existing internal combustion engines with relatively few adaptations made to the vehicle, and is similar in approach to today's conversion of vehicles from gasoline to natural gas or propane - without the need for high-pressure storage of flammable gases.

On Demand Hydrogen Fuel

Although manufacturers have demonstrated both internal combustion engine and fuel cell-powered automobiles using hydrogen, the technologies upon which they have been based have not been commercially viable. The Genesis HICEF Technology overcomes a critical barrier that has inhibited the use of hydrogen as an internal combustion engine fuel source: the cost-effective creation and delivery of hydrogen gas. Relying on nothing more than a source of purified water, the Genesis HICEF Technology makes it possible to design internal combustion-powered vehicles that burn hydrogen gas produced on board the vehicle, freeing it from the need for externally generated sources of hydrogen fuel.

The Genesis gCell Technology

The Genesis HICEF Technology is the evolution of the process introduced by the Genesis Project in the form of the Edison Device - a residential and commercial energy generation unit that creates gas and electrical power through the separation of hydrogen and oxygen molecules contained in any source of water. At the core of this technology are the Genesis gCells, which break water down into its basic molecular structure through a series of electro-chemical processes, yielding ultra-pure hydrogen and oxygen gases.

The reactant chemistry in the Genesis HICEF Technology is different from that of the Edison Device in that the gCells do not require many of the support processes needed in the Edison technology. The water supplying the gCells can be stored in special tanks that replace the ones currently used for gasoline in conventional fossil-fuel vehicles.

Economic and Environmental Impact

Since the water used by the gCells must be purified, consumers will have the choice of obtaining purified water from conventional fueling stations for an estimated $.20 to $.30 per gallon, or relying on filters in the Genesis HICEF unit that purify the water from sources such as a garden hose. Obtaining already purified water from fueling stations will extend the life of the filters in the HICEF unit, as well as provide a more profitable income source to gas station owners.

Converting diesel engines will require a more involved process than gasoline engines; however the cost will be relatively the same as the conversion to natural gas. The trucking industry and mass transit will benefit greatly from the reduction in fuel costs. Of even greater significance are the potential benefits to our environment: the Genesis HICEF Technology represents the cleanest possible alternative fuel source, producing essentially zero tailpipe emissions.
