James Watt in the late 1700s who established the HP as a unit of measurement specifically stated that such a measurement was dependent upon TIME: "33,000 lbs 1 ft. per MINUTE."

Accordingly, the HP of a rotating shaft must be measured in HP per minute of rotating shaft or, in shorthand, HP of rotating shaft per SECOND. ["550 lbs 1 ft. per second."]

I show you now a simple MECHANICAL explanation of HP per second of TRUTH: Take a shaft and attach it to the center of 1 ft radius [2 ft. diameter] pulley. Now imagine that you rotate the shaft of one full rotation of 360 degrees in one SECOND. Then "you" have lifted 550 lbs 6.283 ft in one second! ["1 ft. radius gives 6.283 ft in circumference"] That is, 6.283 HP per second! Per rotation of shaft! Multiply by [60 rpm] 60 SECONDS that is 376.98 HP per MINUTE!

Said above is WRONG! Vague conventional HP equation gives only 6.283 HP per MINUTE!

The TRUTH of MECHANICAL explanation given by me has been applied to rotating shaft of 400 lb magnetic rotary of my revolutionary motor that will shock the world in the immediate future. IT WILL PROVE WHO IS THE MASTER OF MY REVOLUTIONARY ENERGY INVENTION!

Fact: Conventional equation must be changed to the following:

1. Until now, not a single person in the history of science has been able to provide a single, unifying, MECHANICAL EXPLANATION for gravity, electricity, magnetism, inertia, wave/particle theory of light, and much more. D. Authored a book of such importance that the U.S. Navy repeatedly bought copies and then sent one of their top scientists to meet with me at my home.

E. Influenced the development of new technologies. The radar-invisible, Stealth plane technology came forth following discussions in the early 1980s with military representatives wherein I informed them that radar detection could be superseded. They were shocked and excitedly asked, "How can you do that?" I stated, "Even though the U.S. government has fought my energy technology, I give the following knowledge to my country because I was in the Strategic Air Command in the 1950s."

I then told them, "The solution to building a radar-detection-free plane was simple: you should place the surface angles of the plane close to 45 degrees because radar is comprised of GYROSCOPIC PARTICLES, AND THEY WILL MOVE AT RIGHT ANGLES TO A FORCE ON THEIR AXIS AND DEFLECT OFF THE ANGLES OF THE PLANE." Note the ANGLES on all Stealth planes. That is no accident.

I added that, "Whenever gyroscopic particles comprising radar hit an object STRAIGHT on its AXIS, then they BOUNCE BACK LIKE A BALL!" Once again: the particular angles of Stealth planes are NO accident.

F. Innovated new astronomical concepts. The magnitude of my work is exemplified by my disclosures in Chapter 19 entitled "Astronomy" from my book, THE ENERGY MACHINE OF JOSEPH NEWMAN, pages 112-153. The GYROSCOPIC PARTICLE composition of the Earth, Moon, the Sun's magnetic field, and beyond, extends throughout our Galaxy and the Universe.

Dr. Robert E. Smith, Chief of the Orbital & Space Environment Branch, Aerospace Environment Division, Space Sciences Laboratory in Huntsville, Alabama met with me in 1976. Dr. Smith studied my work and then highly endorsed my astronomical concepts. In fact, Dr. Smith had the statisticians at NASA verify the astronomical calculations and predicted results developed by Joseph Newman. Those statisticians stated, "THE CHANCES OF JOSEPH NEWMAN BEING WRONG WERE ALMOST TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE." [See Chapter 19 of my book for additional information concerning Dr. Smith.]

The data I developed proved that the Earth's true axis was the result of the Earth's magnetic axis being WARPED OUT IN SPACE ALIGNING WITH THE SUN'S MAGNETIC FIELD! In contrast, conventional astronomical teachings state that because the Earth's true axis and magnetic axis are 1,500 miles apart on the Earth's surface, that there was no connection between the two. THE FACTS PROVE THAT SUCH TEACHINGS WERE AND ARE WRONG!

Similar relationships exist between the planets and the Sun, the Moon to the Earth, the stars to their galaxy, and the galaxies to some other "Central Galactic-type Configuration".

Remember, NASA statisticians in the 1970s stated that "THE CHANCES OF JOSEPH NEWMAN BEING WRONG WERE ALMOST TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE."

G. I have connected the gyroscopic particle composition of all matter to fundamental biological systems. Gyroscopic particles prevail throughout the entire universe. I have recently shown that they clearly comprise all of life's DNA, i.e., the spiraling, double helix configuration of DNA proves its gyroscopic composition!

H. The following is a quotation from page 565 of my book, THE ENERGY MACHINE OF JOSEPH NEWMAN:

If so, would it not be a great boon to such as well to express them so --- translating them out of their hieroglyphics that we might also work upon them by experiment?"

And James Clerk Maxwell said this about Michael Faraday:

"The way in which Faraday made use of his lines of force in coordinating the phenomena of electric induction shows him to have been a mathematician of high order, and one from whom the mathematicians of the future may derive valuable and fertile methods."

Such great scientists as Erwin Schrödinger, Albert Einstein and others believed and predicted the possibility that a simple, mechanical explanation would replace "the mess of formulas which totally surrounds our subject."

At the beginning of the Chapter on Light from my book, I feature a quotation from John Archibald Wheeler who predicted that what I have done, would be done:

"Someday we'll understand the whole thing as one single marvelous vision that will seem so overwhelmingly simple and beautiful that we may say to each other --- 'Oh, how could be have been so stupid for so long? How could it have been otherwise!'"
