NY Times: U.S. Bishops Seek to Match Vatican in Shifting Tone

Fifteen months into the pontificate of Pope Francis, the Roman Catholic bishops of the United States find themselves unsettled in ways large and small.

The internal poisoning of the remnants of the Catholic Church, carried out by the crypto-Marxist dubbed the "New World Pope", is flowing fast into the bloodstream of US Bishops. Today's front page story about the semi-annual meeting of US Bishops reveals:

"Fifteen months into the pontificate of Pope Francis, the Roman Catholic bishops of the United States find themselves unsettled in ways large and small, revisiting both how they live and what they talk about in light of the new pope’s emphasis on personal humility and economic justice. They are wondering whether, in anticipation of the 2016 presidential election, they need to rewrite their advice to parishioners to make sure that poverty, and not just abortion, is discussed as a high-priority issue."

Ever since the unprecedented and bizarre resignation of his predecessor, Benedict, (a Vatican Spring Operation?), Pope Francis has done nothing but shift the Church's focus away from moral issues and towards "social justice" instead. His tiresome 'shtick' about "the poor", "inequality", "immigration", "tolerance", and even "anti-racism" has left many Catholics scratching their head.

“On Heaven and Earth.” The Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, which Pope Francis oversaw, awarded Rabbi Skorka an honorary doctorate in 2012.

The rabbi considered the award, given to mark the 50th anniversary of the Second Vatican Council, a watershed moment.

“There are people who know the Catholic University very well and who told me this act couldn’t have been done 10 years ago. There would have been a revolution,” he said.

“The revolution was brought by Bergoglio.”

Observers in Argentina express similar sentiments about how Pope Francis improved relations with the largest Jewish community in Latin America.

“Bergoglio was one of the most influential figures ... in interreligious initiatives,” said Sergio Berensztein, independent political analyst in Buenos Aires.

Berensztein, who is Jewish, said anti-Semitic expressions had been made previously by Catholics, but “since Bergoglio became the main figure in the church, that didn’t happen again.”

The New World Pope's self-aggrandizing move away from tradition and Protocol has pleased the International Zionist Press. It is therefore not surprsing that the anti-religious Atheistic Left seems enamored with this impostor; and that's a very worrisome sign.

In response to allegations that he was promoting Marxism, Pope Francis defended Marxists:

“Marxist ideology is wrong. But in my life I have known many Marxists who are good people, so I don't feel offended.”

Marxists have, in the 20th Century, murdered at least 50 million Christians, including Catholic Cardinals Priests, and nuns. During the Spanish Civil War, the Marxists would lock Clergyman inside of Churches and burn them alive. But Bergoglio isn't "offended" by people who still call themselves "Marxists"!

We wonder, would the "New World Pope" defend your intrepid and humble reporter hear at the Anti-New York Times as "good"? Just imagine him saying, "I have known many World War II revisionists and Holocaust Deniers who are good people."  Don't hold your breath waiting for the kosher Cardinal to ever say that!
