New York, NY—The title "Knight of Merit" was bestowed upon Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz today by Grand Prior Prince Michael of Russia in the company of a full regalia from the New York Priory of the Sovereign Orthodox Knights Hospitaller of St. John of Jerusalem.

The honor of knighthood was granted to Dr. Horowitz for his quarter century of humanitarian service to public health, consumer education, AIDS research, and natural healing advocacy. The ceremony required his vow that he would continue this work and his chivalry.

The sacred investiture ceremony was administered at The Cathedral of the Holy Virgin of Protection in Manhattan where officials of the organization acknowledged Dr. Horowitz’s meritorious career acheivements.

Dr. Horowitz is best known for bringing AIDS awareness to medical malpractices and the bioethics breaches that triggered the pandemic in the mid-1970s. He is the author of sixteen books including the

American bestseller, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola—Nature, Accident of Intentional?

Publishing as a consumer advocate since 1978, Dr. Horowitz’s works have featured common sense methods of natural healing and Bible prescriptions for healthier living. Earlier this year, he received the "World Leading Intellectual" award from the World Organization for Natural Medicine because of his achievements in public health research and education.

Dr. Horowitz, whose expertise spans the overlapping fields of behavioral science, geopolitics, emerging diseases, and natural healing, received his doctorate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1977. As a student and faculty member there he taught microanatomy (i.e., histology), graduated with honors, and was awarded a research fellowship in behavioral science at the University of Rochester. Following periodontal surgery training at the Eastman Dental Center, by 1982 he had earned a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard University, and a Master of Arts degree in health education/counseling psychology from Beacon College, all before joining the research faculty at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. In Boston, he also taught master’s candidates “Pain, Fear and Stress Management” at Leslie College’s Institute for the Arts and Human Development. Dr. Horowitz’s tenth book, his AIDS text , became an American bestseller by 1999 and is now considered a medical classic. Herein he advanced the thesis of HIV/AIDS being man-made in scientific review. Dr. Horowitz’s second best-seller, Healing Celebrations: Miraculous Recoveries Through Ancient Scripture, Natural Medicine and Modern Science (2000), advanced practical advice for prevention, protection, and natural-healing. This book, and repeated appearances by Dr. Horowitz were featured twice on TBN's "Praise the Lord Program." Besides this, he has delivered expert commentaries on health topics on every major radio and television network in America, Canada and Great Britain.

In June, 2001, three months before the terrorist attacks of 9/11, Dr. Horowitz released the prophetically-titled critically-acclaimed book, Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism and Toxic Warfare. This book examined leading global industrialists’ successful efforts to direct contemporary culture through propaganda, toxicity, petrochemical economics, and pharmaceutical dependence. Here, the 54-year-old father of three unvaccinated children heavily criticised many political notables for the mainstream media's "propaganda wars" that inflict fear of infections, thus creating new markets for drugs with hideous side-effects.

His 2004 book, DNA: Pirates of the Sacred Spiral, reviewed the science of electrogenetics that speaks to humanity’s fundamental spirituality. Likewise, his 2006 release, Walk on Water, advanced the mathematics, music, and physical mechanics of what he calls the "Spiritual Renaissance." This book is widely reported to hold monumental implications for revolutionizing civilization through the science of "hydro-creationism."
