MUSLIM AMERICAN SOCIETY FREEDOM FOUNDATION FEEDER MARCH

The Muslim American Society Freedom Foundation has announced its plans to participate in the October 25 National March on Washington with a feeder march starting at Farragut Square, just north of the White House. The Oct. 25 demonstration falls on the second anniversary of the signing of the so-called USA Patriot Act. Tens of thousands of Muslim, Arab American and South Asian people have been rounded up or interrogated as Bush and Ashcroft unleash a campaign aimed at trashing the Bill of Rights and legalizing racial and religious profiling. Additional information about the feeder march will be available soon.

More than 1,700 organizations and individuals have already endorsed the Oct. 25 March on the Pentagon. Please circulate the call and solicit additional endorsers from your area. Call and email organizations and individuals, members of your City Council, trade unionists, women's groups, lgbt organizations, religious, community and student and youth leaders.
