"American forces are apparently already active inside Iran, and Naval forces have received orders to deploy to that country," Morrisseau said. Morrisseau said any order for an attack upon Iran or to deploy naval forces to its coastal waters is illegal, and called upon officers of the American military to "First, refuse to obey such an order. If the president persists and insists on ordering our forces into combat in or over Iran without a formal Declaration of War, then I call upon you, General Pace, as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and upon such other military officers as clearly see their duty in these circumstances to detain both the President and Vice President, until such time as the Congress shall act."

Letter to General Pace of the Joint ChiefsMorrisseau, who was court-martialled for opposition to the Vietnam War in 1968, said he has written to General Pace to ask for the intervention of the military. "In spite of my opposition to the Vietnam War and the court-martial which we ultimately defeated, I was a good soldier who had the respect of my superior officers throughout the ordeal. And they had mine!" Morrisseau said. "There are many many, very, very decent people in the active duty military. I know this," he said " people who love their country and democracy too, and hate war."

Morrisseau wrote that "Iran is no present threat to us or anyone. Their right to enrich uranium under treaties signed by us for the production of nuclear power is clear: and that is all they have so far done. An attack upon that nation now by us, acting alone will constitute an illegal war of aggression under international law. It is illegal under our law as well. I urge you to so advise the President," Morrisseau wrote to Pace, "and urge that he take no such actions. In particular, he must not act in the absense of a full, formal, responsible War Declaration by Congress. That is the Constitutional requirement."

If he and Cheney persist, Morrisseau wrote, "than the country must rely upon you, Sir, and our armed forces generally, to resist all illegal orders by Bush or Cheney, and take the gentlemen into custody if necessary."

October SurpriseMorrissaeu's website notes that the Bush Administration and the Pentagon have issued orders for a major "strike group" of ships, including the nuclear aircraft carrier Eisenhower as well as a cruiser, destroyer, frigate, submarine escort and supply ship, to head for the Persian Gulf, just off Iran's western coast.

This information follows a report in the current issue of Time, that a group of ships capable of mining harbors has received orders to be ready to sail for the Persian Gulf by October 1st.

As Time writes in its cover story "What Would War Look Like?" evidence of the forward deployment of minesweepers and word that the chief of naval operations had asked for a reworking of old plans for mining Iranian harbors "suggest that a much discussed—but until now largely theoretical—prospect has become real: that the U.S. may be preparing for war with Iran."

According to Lieut. Mike Kafka, a spokesman at the headquarters of the Second Fleet, based in Norfolk, Virginia, the Eisenhower Strike Group, bristling with Tomahawk cruise missiles, has received recent orders to depart the United States in a little over a week. Other official sources in the public affairs office of the Navy Department at the Pentagon confirm that this powerful armada is scheduled to arrive off the coast of Iran on or around October 21st.

Anti Vietnam War VeteranSecond Lieutenant Dennis Morrisseau was arrested and court-martialled as an Army 2nd lieutenant for repeatedly speaking out in uniform against the Vietnam War, then refusing shipment to South East Asia. Our great nation has suffered a coup.

With the deadline fixed by the so-called UN Security Council expiring on 31st of August for Iran to roll back its nuclear programme, and the Iranian President having contemptuously ignored the hallucination of the possible sanctions by inaugurating atomic plant, the terrorism of US President Bush is now inevitably heading towards opening a new area in the world for confrontation. This time at the initial stage the Security Council which is nothing but a conglomeration of American lackeys is being used , but if any of them moves its tail in disobedience to Bush mandate, he will go alone, as he did in the case of Iraq.

The ongoing international developments bear ample testimony to the fact that the whole structure of the United Nations which was based upon the most edifying words used in the preamble to its charter, i.e.

' WE THE PEOPLES OF THE UNITED NATIONS DETERMINED to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war , which twice in our life time has brought untold sorrow to mankind, and

to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small.....'

has been transformed into the greatest fraud as the world stepped into 21st century. The United Nations which used to instill a sense of gravity and grace has become a laughing stock, and its name now evokes laughter from the listeners. The helplessness with which its Secretary General speaks has become an abhorrent sight. What the Security Council did when Bush invaded Iraq without its approval. Why the nuclear issue of North Korea was not referred to the Security Council. The reason is obvious : because North Korea is not a Muslim country whereas Iran is, and all the policies of the West and their master Bush are directed against Islam and Muslims alone. In the case of Lebanon too, the Security Council resolution was passed when it was conclusively proved that Hezbollah is emerging victorious despite all the devastations at the hands of Israeli bombers, otherwise for weeks it was discussing the language of the draft and acting as the bunch of jokers in a circus. If the League of Nations collapsed because of Hitler, the credit for the imminent demise of United Nations will go to Bush. If Hitler is demonised as the mass murderer of Jews , the name of George W. Bush will be painted black in the history as the greatest enemy Islam, whose hands were red with the blood of lacs of innocent Muslim men, women and children. The great American civilization and its scrupulous and tolerant people will not be able to purge themselves of the sins of their monster President if they do not rise against him at this historical juncture.

It is but a forgone conclusion that Bush will haunt down Iran over this fictitious nuclear issue, whether his lackeys in the Security Council fall in line with him or not. At this moment it is the sacred obligation of Iranian people to symbolize the dignity, not only of the Muslim world, but of the vast multitude of humanity which is looking for some savior to seek emancipation from devilish activities of Bush and his hangers-on. If Bush has emerged as the Pharaoh for the world, Iran must assume the role of Moses.

IF THE AMERICAN PRESIDENT HAS DETERMINED TO BRING ABOUT PREMATURE CATACLYSMIC DESTRUCTION OF THIS GLOBE, LET NOBODY BE SCARED OF THE TOTAL ANNIHILATION. IT IS BETTER TO SEE THE WORLD BEING TORN ASUNDER RATHER THAN SURVIVE UNDER THE SHADE OF PERPETUAL HUMILIATION BEING AFFLICTED BY ONE MONSTER.
