The protesters who occupied the Malheur Wildlife Refuge building in January have been incarcerated, and a long list of trumped up charges have been developed to keep them in jail for perhaps several years.

One of the protesters was shot and killed, murdered if you will, for good measure to make sure that any other citizens who think the federal government is out of line will know that it is serious and willing to do whatever it must to squash all opposition. But the people will not be cowed.

Perhaps this is how the revolution against England started, with small groups of individuals recognizing the injustice and refusing to be silenced. In any case, concerned citizens gathered in front of City Hall recently in support of the jailed patriots, and one man wearing a hat emblazoned with “Oath Keepers” held up a fist-full of documents that could blow the case sky high and expose a much greater scandal than the federal government had ever considered.

Lawlessness of government exposed

Whether this event will be the flame that lights the fuse of liberty and justice once again in these United States is questionable, but it seems inevitable that the people will only acquiesce to so much oppression and tyranny before they rebel. As more information is revealed about the government and our lawless government officials, that day seems to be drawing closer and closer. Some highlights from the man wearing the oathkeeper hat include the following:

“With these documents we can indict every single one that I annotated here in this true affidavit. I have about 4000 pages, documents and exhibits whereas evidentiary evidence in putting these criminals behind bars rather than patriots behind bars.”

The Bar Association has hijacked ” all three branches of government […] Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches,” the man said.

“All of these laws are unconstitutional according to Article six, Clause 2, Section 2 of the United States Constitution,” which is “the Supreme Law of the Land.” The man went on to refer to the “Technical Review Team” responsible for hacking up the Constitution, proverbially, into many pieces. These statutes violate our Constitution,’ said the man.

“They went so far as to consider water as a mineral. A mineral — water. It is a God-given right to drink our own water and they are privatizing water as a mineral, which is crazy.

The man said that a “Common Law Grand Jury” must be formed. When a person from the crowd asked the man “what can we do about it”, the man replied:

“Go to Sheriff Palmer, give him the documents I have in my possession. Get the militia, get the Oath Keepers and every patriot deputized and start arresting everyone all the way from here to Washington D.C. […] fraud has no statue of limitation […] they all need to be indicted.”

These are not the ravings of an uninformed rancher, there is case after case of misconduct and illegal actions by the Bureau of Land Management and the Federal government. A video of a BLM retirement party recently showed up on YouTube which recorded participants celebrating the forced sale of a mine by two WWII veterans to BLM for $2.5 million that had an actual value of $40 million.

Another case involves a rancher in Texas whose property was passed down from his grandparents. The rancher holds the deed to the property that was acquired from the state of Texas, but the BLM has declared that they do not recognize the deed and they plan on seizing the property, including the family home.

All of this and much more is why the people of the United States may rise up one day and right the wrongs that are being committed by the BLM and the federal government. It may start slowly. It will probably involve bloodshed. But the government must learn that it is the servant, not the master of the people. The revolt may already have begun. And it will continue, thuggish, murderous, illegal actions of the government notwithstanding.
