ADMIRE US DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE? THEN LIVE THOSE IDEALS: THEY REQUIREYOU TO EXIST

Matt Damon reads five minutes of Howard Zinn on the necessity of civil disobedience in the face of obvious government crimes (Dr. Zinn, a history professor and author, was a leader in protest of US obvious unlawful war on Vietnam):

 

With informed consent, the 99.99% would freely choose to live the self-evident ideals of the Declaration of Independence:

    All humans are created equal under God, with unalienable rights that include our lives, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.

    Government exists to secure our inalienable rights from God.

    Government’s only powers are from the consent of the people, and only for justice.

The United States exists only because sufficient Americans ~1776 recognized the accelerating gap between unalienable God-given rights from what Americans had become under their own government: “human capital” serving oligarchic profits connected to their own government’s leaders. You learned this beginning in elementary school, remember?

When the Americans’ government attempted to take their guns in 1774 and 1775, that’s when Americans refused to “just follow orders.” In our world of the present, documentations of government-dictated gun control/confiscation show ~70 million deaths in the 20th Century by their own governments after taking the citizens’ guns (and here).

Think you can trust the US government to do better as they continuously ask to take Americans’ guns? You might want to consider their motives given government’s escalating War Crimes. Importantly, all “reasons” given for war to Americans, our military, and the world are now disclosed by US official documents as known to be false as they were told. Of 248 armed conflicts since WW2, the US started 201 (81%), killing ~30 million human beings; more than killed by Germany in WW2.

These claims require zero belief. Those of us awake simply ask what the Emperor’s New Clothes child asks the community: look for yourselves at naked crimes in literally ~100 areas, and perhaps most obvious in:

These crimes demand arrests, obviously, as the costs of these crimes dwarf all others:

A lawful revolution is in response to government that abjectly violates its own laws, and refuses all reasonable offers to return government limits within its own constitution. It is a lawful revolution that requests its own military and law enforcement to do their jobs of arresting obvious criminal suspects in their own government.

When law enforcement and US military refuse to honor the law and US Constitution, then they honor and serve dictators who say/dictate whatever they want done when they want it with whatever bullshit propaganda they think most likely to sell.

Government crimes was America’s challenge that the Continental Congress and Thomas Jefferson addressed in our Declaration of Independence. Please give two minutes of your attention to this central text of being American:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.”

We the People hold these patriots as heroes today.

I am a history teacher: the Founders considered themselves loyal to their government BECAUSE its history was one of freedom from tyranny, and overthrowing would-be kings that attempted dictatorial rather than limited government. The Founding Generation attempted to uphold British tradition to stop tyranny within their own government, and retain the lessons of history such as the fall of the Roman Republic to tyranny BECAUSE their citizens refused to arrest obvious criminals within their own government.

The American Revolution only occurred a year after its own government attacked its own citizens under an unlawful standing army that attempted to disarm its citizens at Lexington and Concord, Massachusetts. American leaders wrote and offered the “Olive Branch Petition” asking their government to restrain itself within its own laws and essentially forgive its military-murders of American civilians. Our government responded in 1775 by calling such Americans “traitors” with no retreat from their orders to arrest American leadership whose only “crime” was asking for lawful government.

That is history; this is today.

As always for today, we ask for peaceful, lawful response to what we allege in good faith as “emperor has no clothes” obvious crimes centering in war and money, and obfuscated by a 1% cartel/corporate media. We ask for lawful strength and honor.

My only suggestion to the 99% is to let your heart and mind guide your beautiful, unique, and powerful self-expressions.
