Sign this: Everything you heard about Blackwater is even worse

Explosive facts have emerged about Blackwater—the private security firm of mercenaries who were awarded over $1 billion by the Bush Administration in Iraq—and it’s not pretty.
Just weeks before Blackwater guards killed 17 Iraqi civilians in 2007, the State Department began investigating their operations—and Blackwater threatened to kill them.
Yes, that’s right. As the New York Times reported this weekend, Blackwater’s top manager said he “could kill” the chief investigator and “no one could or would do anything about it” because they were in Iraq. The State Department then cut short its investigation.
Blackwater has changed its name, and is under new ownership—but let’s not kid ourselves. A company who threatened to assassinate public officials should not be awarded any contracts, ever.
Keep fighting,
