Congress has Repealed The U.S. Constitution today 12/02/2011.
Now the Army can arrest U.S. Citizens in the USA (Which is the reasonthe Colonists came to North America from Europe to get away from King

That is why our "Former U.S. Constitution" (Until 12/2/2011) prevented
the U.S. MIlitary from being allowed to do policing and arresting in the
USA.
Now with NDAA S. 1867 passed
Under Section 1031 of the bill
The U.S. military can
(1) arrest U.S. Citizens without any charges (or evidence)
(2) Can do it secretly (Just disappear you)
(3) Can hold you indefinitely,
(4) With No Right to a Trial.
(5) Can torture.
(6) Can assassinate U.S. Citizens.
