Thanks to the tireless efforts of our Grassfire Nation team, our ObamaCare ballot issue was an unmitigated success. In all, more than 330,000 were received and are now being hand- delivered by our team to every Congressional office on Capitol Hill this week!

But the battle to defeat ObamaCare is not over...

 In fact, despite reports that Democrats have moved healthcare reform to the back burner in favor of Obama's jobs mandate, CBS News is reporting that healthcare is still very much alive with this latest break giving them a chance to regroup.

According to numerous sources, their latest scheme includes passing the existing bill "as is", and then "fixing it" at a later date thru reconciliation, when they would need just 51 votes in senate.

I have no doubts that our ballot-blitzing effort is causing more than a few on Capitol Hill to rethink their commitment to ObamaCare, which is why we need use this "pause in the negotiations" to drive home our point that we will not tolerate any attempts to pass ObamaCare!

Regardless of any setbacks, Obama, House Speaker Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Reid are committed to pushing ObamaCare ahead. During his State-of-the-Union Address, Obama implored Congress to "come together and finish the job for the American people!"

There is no question Democrats are merely waiting for public outrage over ObamaCare to simmer down...

We can't allow the socialist push to reshape our healthcare to slip off the radar of the American people. Instead, we must use this time to ratchet up our outrage - letting lawmakers (including your two South Dakota Senators and Representative) know that we remain vigilant and we demand them to "Cease and Desist" efforts to pass ObamaCare.

With our ballots being delivered, now is the time to put an exclamation point on our efforts by faxing those  in the House and Senate most susceptible to defeat in November!

We are winning this battle. But we cannot afford to slow down or rest until this legislation is dead.
