I am asking for your assistance in this matter. My sons and I are being evicted from our home by Bank of America and their agents American Reality Investments LLC and First Preston Management Inc..

I have written to Bank of America repeatedly requesting information and assistance. Like many homeowners we have been met with silence and no offer of negotiation. Yet they send Private Eviction Companies to throw people out.
The taxpayers have bailed out Bank of America to the tune of BILLIONS of dollars. We see Congressional hearings every day now that plainly show corruption and fraud between Bank of America, Federal Reserve Bank and our Government..
I have continuously notified my public officials of the fraudulent practices of Bank of America and First Preston Management. yet as of this date I have not had ONE contact from my Government Representatives concerning this matter. I have contacted Senator Harry Reid, Senator John Ensign Representative Shelley Berkely Representative Nancy Pelosi and many more...
YET NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT THE HOMEOWNERS....JUST THE BANKS, MORTGAGE COMPANIES AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT VULTURES!
Who stands up for the people in this mortgage mess? It seems all of the politicians are standing on the side of MONEY and not justice.
I maintain that Bank of America NA filed fraudulent deeds and documents to obtain a deed for this home. When they took over the property they dropped the value to $69, 335.00 and wrote the balance off in December 2008. Now they want to kick me and my children out of our home so they can sell it to make a profit. How sick is that???

Just a few moments ago a young man named Jason came to my door to 'warn' us that the police would be here this week to 'forcibly evict' us from our home. He stated he works for a concerned citizens group that takes the time to find out about evictions then 'warn' the occupants before it 'happens'.
I have a very nice digital recording of his visit as well as a good shot of his blue BMW and license plates.
I believe you sent 'Jason' (if that is his real name) to 'warn' or harass us this afternoon.
It will be simple enough to find out when I turn this information over to the Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto.
I continue to demand full disclosure of all material facts concerning your involvement with my home. As of this date I have not received anything other than visits from your agents.

First Preston is the property management provider for Bank of America for the property located at 1921 Badger Canyon Ave. I received your email expressing your concerns and understand you are eager to resolve the unfortunate situation you are facing. Although our company handles property matters for Bank of America, we did not participate in the foreclosure proceedings that you reference. Bank of America retains the services of a law firm to handle foreclosure proceedings. The law firm has notified First Preston that the lock-out is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, July 7th.
Since we do not have access to the documents you requested, in an effort to be of assistance to you, we have provided your information to Bank of America and asked that they respond to you directly.
