Subject: Resolution Urging Impeachment Action against Congressional Bailout
[I hope every state will take these steps to take the congress critters downwho voted for the bail out, let me know in OHIO if we can start this in our state against all who voted for the bail out...I will help with this intiative. Virginia Brooks, Ashland, Ohio I want to get Voinovich, Brown, and Regula out of Office and stop any retirement they would receive...They deserve nothing...They are Traitors to the people they supposedly serve, lets get this going now....] PASS THIS FAR AND WIDE!!!
Yes, there really is a Santa Claus. He is seated in Washington and he is really your Representative and/Senator and you will get the credit card bill next April 15.
This is a positive move we are considering in Rhea County which draft is as follows:
WHEREAS the State of Tennessee, based on Article 1, Sect. 2., of our State Declaration of Rights, which denounces doing nothing - ("the doctrine of nonresistance to arbitrary power is abusive, slavish and absurd"..), can join in force against the two Senators and any Congressman who went clearly against the expressed will of the people.
....
AND ...
Those voting for the bail-out are guilty of violating the United States Constitution in originating spending in the Senate, after the House had KILLED the spending bill., and Art. 1, Sect. 7 requires spending bills to originate in the House of Representatives......
AND WHEREAS.
Those voting for the bail-out are in clear violation of the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution's wording in ignoring the will of the people - the last three words to the Bill of Rights. For example, it was reported that Diane Feinstein stated that she received 90,000 contacts from her district, 85,000 of which were opposed to her agreement with the bail-out. Yet she stated she would go along with it anyway.
AND FURTHERMORE
Tennessee Third District Rep. Zach Wamp stated on WNOX FM radio today, October 3, 2008, that "sometimes we are forced to do what is unpopular," meaning that the thousands of calls and resistance through radio, emails,
FAX's and television were clearly ignored and these Representatives consider themselves more important, smarter, more enlightened, and furthermore subjecting themselves to whatever FORCE to which they are
subject, contrary to the last three words of the Bill of Rights, "...or to the people..." Art. 10
AND
. Senator Corker stated that though the people were angry (!!!), yet he was going to go along with this bail-out. Presumably this is for our own good, of course, seeing we don't know what is good for us!
AND
The State of Oklahoma recently passed a bill declaring their sovereignty as a State under the Tenth Amendment. We urge our State of Tennessee to make such a move.
AND WHEREAS
3. Both Senators Alexander and Corker took PAC money under the Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac government programs, along with dozens of other members of Congress, including Rep. Marsha Blackburn and John Duncan. In an article by Columnist Ann Coulter, she gives explicit details regarding the threats by former Pres. Bill Clinton if the banks didn't go along with the 'Affirmative Action' provisions in these programs. How could the Federal government give PAC money to ANYONE! Whether or not it was 'legal,' yet elected officials of better conscience would refuse to take this government handout! This is a breach of trust!
THIS IS NOT THE ACTION OF A REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT
WE HOLD THAT OUR SENATORS AND REP. ZACH WAMP, THIRD DIST. CONGRESSMAN IS GUILTY OF BREACH OF TRUST, THAT THEY HAVE VIOLATED THEIR OATH OF OFFICE AND ARE ACTING IN A DESPOTIC AND TYRANNICAL MANNER!!! THIS ACTION IS UNAMERICAN, REPRESENTS ACTION CONTRARY TO AN ELECTED OFFICIAL, IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND DEMANDS IMPEACHMENT!!!
THEREFORE WE MOVE OUR LEGISLATURE MOVE TO DECLARE SUCH TYRANNIES AS INCONSISTENT WITH THE LIBERTIES GUARANTEED IN THE TENNESSEE DECLARATION OF RIGHTS AND THE U.S. BILL OF RIGHTS AND THAT WE URGE THESE AFOREMENTIONED MEMBERS OF CONGRESS RESIGN AT ONCE.
WE FURTHER URGE THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL IN COOPERATION WITH THE TENNESSEE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO COLLABORATE WITH OTHER ATTORNEYS GENERAL TO SEE THAT, BARRING THEIR RECANTING AND REPEAL OF THEIR ACTIONS REGARDING THIS FEDERAL BAIL-OUT, THESE ARE REMOVED FROM OFFICE AND THAT THEY CEASE AND DESIST FROM THEIR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT ONCE WITH ATTENDANT LEGAL ACTION.

Commissioners
The above is a proposal to be given at the County or City level where you live. With the current wrath of the people at a high pitch, I believe such an official Resolution could be passed in an official capacity. I plan to bring this before the Dayton City Council Monday night, Lord willing.
If you concur in the above and would like your State officials to take appropriate action to bring impeachment forces against these Congressmen, please call me at (423) 775-0774.
