Patriotism And Peace

Patriotism like anything else, may be carried beyond the parameters of what is reasonable and into the realm s of the ridiculous, The different countries on this Earth are rich with cultural curiosities and colorful customs and languages. Diversity is beautiful, is it not? If the various countries qualities could be stitched into little squares of cloth, then sewn together, a quilt of the most magnificent beauty would be the result. Unfortunately, the quilt is never quite a reality due to the unwillingness of some to be closely connected to the others.
Patriotism may demand a loyalty to the laws of the land, even when the laws of the land are abhorrent of nature and the principles of common decency and humane treatment of the people. Patriotism can be a dramatic backdrop for the purpose of justifying murder, repression, manipulation and greed. I AM not here to tell you that using loyalty to onešs country is inappropriate. I AM here to tell you that using loyalty to justify murder is an act of treason, not toward onešs country, but to onešs own soul. Brutality and murder cannot be justified in heavenly terms, in terms of the soulšs evolutionary process. These are acts supportive of the duality dramas and power struggles that are ever so seductive to the masses on the Earthstar. This type of struggle does not exist beyond the fourth dimension. Loving onešs country, then, is not to be confused with love that justifies demonstrations of hatred and destruction toward other nation. Under Divine Order, there are many rooms in Godšs mansion. All peoples have a place and purpose in the mind of creator. It is possible to coexist on planet Earth in a peaceful way.
