Signal Of The American Flag Upside Down
Knowing that these are Marines, or anyone military, for that matter is totally fastidious with flag protocol... This was NO accident. When the marine (Hogland had the marine's name) was questioned he answered that these were his orders.
Hogland is scrupulous with facts, so, even though I didn't see this incident as it was broadcast to the world on television, I trust Richard's 'take' on this. George Noory waffled, of course, didn't care to 'suppose' why this could have happened nor what it might have meant.
It seems very evident to me. You probably know of this already however, I didn't want you to miss this highly significant symbol to the world. Richard didn't either, Bless his heart !!
