Memorial Day!

not from an enemy country or dictatorship; but from within our very own country - our very own presidential administration.

Unfortunately, due to propaganda and brain-washing techniques via the military and media many are still blinded to the truth that is happening in our own yards!

Today, for the first Memorial Day I am not flying my flag. Not because I am UNpatriotic...but because I AM PATRIOTIC and I believe in what our flag ORIGINALLY represents. I believe it is UN-patriotic to applaud secret voting on bills that are geared for our own people's enslavement. I believe it is UN-patriotic for opinions of speech to be deemed "treason" because they do not fit another's viewpoint and when they are NOT life-threats to anyone. I believe patriotism is one's heart-felt love for one's fellowman/woman, love for one's country, and TRUTH and only the Truth will give FREEDOM! We will never have freedom as long as we only listen or peer into one side of things.

We MUST become RESPONSIBLE and realize we ALL have a part to play in life and it does not revolve around watching televison, playing video games or getting into chat-rooms. The list of life-suffocating tenacles could go on and on. IF we do NOT check out ALL avenues for ourselves, we will never know true freedom. It can only be accessed indivivually and on one's own and NOT in accepting the views or another because they sound good or don't sound good because you are too lazy to check facts for yourself. I suggest that while the internet has much information on it...it is not all accurate either. Our media is tainted in this country, although there are several news cast stations who do tell much more in depth coverage of world happenings. One needs to take all this plus past history and patterns into consideration. The biggest and most important thing I have learned is that ALL IS NOT ALWAYS AS IT SEEMS!

Today, I observe those who have fallen for their beliefs. Not just our military. Not just for the military of other nations. I observe all the brave souls throughout history who have done the best to their ability to make the world a better place and salvage their homelands from invaders.

In America, I remember my Native American ancestors who died in effort to salvage their lands from other of my ancestors, who came in hope of freedom of bondage from their homeland. I do not condone forced seizure of property or bloodshed as most were doing; but I celebrate the bravery shown and know all in every situation were fighting in their own way for survival. Most fought and died for what they believed was right; even though some was misinformed and misguided even as today.

The pages of the history of mankind all are memorials to mans evolution or lack thereof. We are in process of making memorial history everyday. Whether in our own private lives or on a world-wide scale.

Every day is a personal memorial for each of us. Each day we are given many opportunities of choice where we then
