l Be Televised - By Us!" The e-mails we received from concerned readers were thoughtful, passionate, and filled with a keen sense of awareness as to the state of crisis we're in as a nation - and as a world community. The responses were overwhelmingly positive, crisscrossed party lines, and transcended our expectations. We saw quite clearly that many of you are more than ready to create real change. In fact, the responses had such an enormous impact upon us that we knew we had to do something to make this concept of revolution more than just that - a concept. We realized that it had to become reality at some point in the near future, or, as a nation, "America" would be lost.

Victor posed a question to all of you: "What is the primary difference between those who rule the world and all the rest of us?" The answer is, of course, that those who rule the world are organized - and we aren't. Due to this organization, these same individuals control the flow of information to the public via mainstream venues such as television, radio and newspapers, and as a result, the general public is given a one-sided keyhole perspective on world and national events. In actuality, the public is still being kept in the dark. On the flip side of the coin, it's true that growing numbers of people have been aware of the controlling influences and deceptions playing havoc on their lives - and many talented, impassioned writings have crossed the Internet in repeated attempts to get everyday people to discard the illusions they've been conditioned to believe. The various writings have indeed been informative, enlightening, provocative and motivating, but in the end, accomplished little in actually changing anything. Why? Because it isn't enough to simply know the truth. It's what you do with it that really counts.

Sadly, all the phone calls, letters, faxes and petitions to our politicians were to no avail. They all fell on deaf ears and blind eyes. Thousands of activists have been marginalized, mischaracterized, or completely ignored by our national media as they desperately try to make their voices heard and their presence felt. Many of us have demanded accountability for the crimes that have been (and continue to be) committed against us and all humanity. We receive no response from a government run amok and a media that no longer fulfills its "watchdog" status. Our national media has been reduced to a collection of pathetic, consorting bootlickers that have failed us at a time when we need them most.

Victor and I are convinced that now is the time to seize the reins of this runaway horse. Think about the American Revolution and how a courageous few managed to move a mountain despite the seemingly insurmountable odds against them. In these times, we face similar odds, and an equally formidable enemy. But we know that the human spirit is alive and kicking, and all is not yet lost if we act while the iron is hot. In other words, we must move beyond what we are currently doing - tapping away at our computers, which amount to well-meaning articles with plenty of words and feelings, but not a lot in the way of action. We must do more to take this fight for freedom to the next level - which brings me to "WING".

The first step toward regaining control of our destiny involves taking back the flow of information, and then getting this information where it belongs - to everyone, everywhere. Thus, we have created "WING," an acronym for World Independent News Group, with a strong, clear vision of what we'd like to accomplish. "WING" is for every one of you, everywhere.

Our new website has many facets to explore, including the very best political writings, reviewers, and political artists/cartoonists we can find. In addition, we will publish chapbooks and expose`s by the crème de la crème of the NEW MEDIA and feature these printed works in our "WING" BOOKSTORE. There will be powerful multi-media presentations, provocative documentaries, and video clips of everyday people telling it like it is. Unlike traditional "mainstream media," Victor and I want to know what's on your mind because we believe you have a right to be heard.

The most thrilling aspect of this new website is WING-TV, a daily news program that will focus on news that you aren't getting from CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, and FOX - better known as "The Liar's Club". Check out WING-TV every day on our homepage and get the real scoop on what's going on in the world. We're also featuring newly designed "WING-TV" T-shirts which are sure to turn more than a few heads and pique some curiosity. Each T-shirt proudly bears the WING-TV logo in front and our motto on the back: "The Revolution IS being televised."
