TOMY LAST DYING BREATH
Ed Coet, Retired Military
I’M WHITE AND I’M RIGHT.
I want to ask all you good people but especially people of color to please hear me out. Yes, I’m white but I’m also right. Not right because I’m smarter then you or anyone else but right because I think right – or rather I think correctly.
Here’s the deal. I’m not a racist. I’m not a bigot. I think we are all equal in the eyes of God. Skin pigmentation doesn’t have anything to do with right or wrong or good or bad. Neither does ones nationality or gender.
I think we all deserve an equal opportunity but not nessicarily an equal outcome. If you had an equal opportunity but failed to take advantage of it and make something out of yourself, then don’t come around reaching in my pocket because I did take advantage of my opportunity. That’s on you, not on me.
It’s not about “white privilege: either; it’s about you screwing up your own life. White people who made the same mistakes suffer the same consequences. Being white doesn’t get them out of it. Black people who took advantage of their equal opportunity are doing very well today.
There are more successful black people, top include millionaire and billionaire black people than any time in history. Yes, there is certainly such a thing as “privilege,” but there is no such thing as “white privilege.” That “white part” is a myth.
The fact that life isn’t always fair is applicable to all races. That’s why we believe in “equal opportunity” as opposed to the communist vision of “equal outcome” whether earned and deserved or not.
If you squander your youth with booze, drugs, and all manner of sexual promiscuity, lawlessness, or you are so greedy that you put yourself in deep debt so you can have what you want without having to earn it, and then your credit rating tanks and nobody trusts you anymore, that’s on you. Don’t come around asking for a free handout because you’re screw-up in life. You see, you already had your “hand-up” but now you’re “demanding” a handout. Where do you come off thinking you are entitled to anything I worked my ass off for?
I’m a charitable person. I understand unforeseen hardship, natural disasters’, injury and poor health, and hardworking people getting laid off from their jobs. Sure, I’ll help them – you bet, any day and any time. But not you dirty rotten good for nothing substance abusing freeloaders who are otherwise able bodied; for all I care you can rot in the streets because that’s what you genuinely deserve. In fact, it’s the only thing that you have actually earned.
Let me finish by saying:
I am not a radical simply because I support my country. What’s wrong with you? Don’t you understand that patriots are the “good guys?
I am not a bigot because I believe that American jobs should go to Americans instead of illegals that violated our laws by coming here.
I am not intolerant because I want our borders closed to protect our national security, our national identity, our national sovereignty and our own “American culture.”
Hey, screw diversity. Diversity by definition devides us. I’m interested in “unity.” Unity help make us great.
I should not be classified extreme just because I want extremist deported. I don’t trust people who mean us harm and I will never trust any cult claiming to be a religion that commits and/or supports barbarism and acts of savagery and brutality as if it were some kind of holy sacrament. That is not a religion. That is an evil satanic culture.
I am not a hater just because I believe my life and other lives matter just as much as yours does and not agreeing that only your life matters doesn’t make me a racist either.
Being a Christian doesn’t make me a lunatic and don’t call me a radical because I’m willing to defend my Christian faith. Those are fighting words.
Being against gay marriage doesn’t make me a homophobe either. Nor does it mean that I hate gay people. I just hate sodomy because that is what the bible tells me to do and I am a man of faith. It’s the sinful act, not the people who commit the act that I hate. By the way, I feel the same way about any sin, including my own. I just hate sin, not sinners.
I have no problem being friends with a liberal. It’s liberals who have a problem being friends with me because I’m a conservative so lets get that point straight as well.
Most importantly, I should not have to explain myself in my own country to people in and outside my country who hate my country. If you have a problem with that then you are my enemy. I’m not looking for trouble and I don’t want a fight, but if your attack me, my morals, my values, my God, my family, and my country I’ll try not to hate you while I fight and defeat you, but fight you I will, and to the death if need be.
Thank you for hearing me out.
