Americans Are Punished For Exercising Free Speech
It appears that Americans are now being punished for exercising free speech. The only restrictions to the Ist Amendment should be the committing of proven slander and fraud.
No one should be surprised at these brutal tactics of censorship and quashing dissent, all through blatant and shameless manipulation. No one knows when they are “crossing the line” until it is too late.
In other tyrannical nations, wealth is not openly a motivating factor in their police-state implementation. Yet people can lose a fortune in BAR-induced legal actions just for citing information.
Many say work within the system. However, if a system is so infected with absolutism that stand-alone merits no longer matter, then genuine reform will not come from aristocratic insiders. It must come from outside the system. Non-cooperation with something that is not just fundamentally oppressive but basically not workable is a must. Once active collaboration with repression takes place, all measures of reform are compromised.
Does the current legal profession that fecilitates this overall work for higher causes and standards? Hardly! Rather, they collectively have the mentality,modality, and morality of wild beasts!
It is totally hypocritical for BAR attorneys, who do and charge as they please, are allowed to pass judgment on those who practice the Bill of Rights.

Your article on Fourwinds has prompted this email. I doubt you remember me; however, I wrote to you nearly two years ago. I am a member of the Yahoo Group, People B4 Lawyers. I read your well written opinions. I am also from Virginia.
I am able to attest to the fact that Americans Are Punished For Exercising Free Speech. A week ago yesterday, I sat in a court room in Indianapolis, where my son is still being persecuted, but this time the judge made the mistake of letting the cat out of the bag...he let us know WHY my son has been in jail (The judge released him a week before this past Thanksgiving. My son has been incarcerated for 1 1/2 years, with not so much as a response to even one of my son's motions.
The ''charges'' are trumped up DUIs. No one is held for this long. My son, from the beginning, has demanded his Constitutional Rights..all of them.
So what happened last week? The judge made several astounding statements in open court. He demanded that my son hire a private attorney...never mind that he has been locked up for so long. (Currently, he represents himself.) His temporary release was contingent upon adhering to the house arrest rules of not even so much as being allowed out on our porch, much less being allowed to work. My son asked the judge about being allowed to work so that he might make the money required to pay a private attorney. The judge replied. "Ask your family and friends. I am sure they will help you."
After the judge refused to allow my son to work, he told the judge his behavior should allow for employment. Again this judge spilled the beans. The judge said, "I do not have a problem with your behavior. Your behavior was excellent in jail and I do not have a problem with your behavior on the outside. I have a problem with what you believe...with what you think. In fact, I just may put you back in jail, so I might ask for another sanity hearing."
My son informed this judge at that point that he had already passed one of the judge's requested sanity hearing. At that point the judge indicated he could control the outcome of a subsequent sanity hearing.
The court room uproar became so loud at the judge banged his gavel and admonished the court room that he would arrest the next person who even whispered one word..."even the lawyers." the judge said.
We know that we have caused the state grief over Constitutional Rights. Many inmates have been released, due to the information we are spreading. Now it is obvious they are pushing the network of the ''good ol' boys'' of the B.A.R. to really crack down hard. My son has mentioned in court a few times that the BAR stands for "British Accredited Registry."
The end result for the day was to schedule the 30th+ pre-trial conference on January 20th, when my son is to appear with a BAR attorney or ''else be tried and represented by the State."
This judge knows full well that we will never find a BAR attorney as all attorneys we have paid, have been compromised and now we are out of money.
This is indeed a sad situation. A man was convicted of dealing drugs just last week. Likely, he will get the 50 or so years as the state promised, just because he demanded his Constitutional Rights. The state had no evidence, as the evidence had been concocted. It was all fake and did not match the the evidence in the state lab. The paperwork is definitely altered.The man on trial is the son of a former city cop who successfully sued the city and won. Does that not make some sense?
I know of others who have been sent away for long sentences although they were innocent. No one cares and apparently nothing can be done to hold anyone accountable. God knows we are trying. The present criminals in charge do not appear to know the Bill of Rights. Oh, the term "Constitutional Rights" is mentioned, but not with accuracy. This judge might tell a defendant that his job is to defend the poor man's Constitutional Rights." Mention one of those Rights specifically and the threat of being tased suddenly becomes reality.
Americans had best wake up to the truth and SOON. These criminals are our PUBLIC SERVANTS! We are supposed to be telling them to follow the rules. We the People did not give them permission to change to their secret Communitarian UN Agenda 21 Rules!
