The Treasonous Mr. Conyers

The severe problems facing our Republic, are rooted in the lack of knowledge of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. What is the solution to the lawlessness sweeping over our nation? Why are 70 percent of all laws passed since 1933, unconstitutional, and why have they failed to meet the stringent test as to their constitutionality?  The Constitution clearly specifies in Article I, Section 8, Clauses 1-18, the delegated powers given (trusted) to the Legislative Branch, which Congress cannot add to, or subtract from.  As I have stated, in my two previous articles(June 18 and July 12) that were  addressed to the Chairman of the House Judiciary. Our Founding Father’s regarded a violation of the oath of office as a heinous crime, considered Treason, and punishable  by death. The penalty for treason can be found in the Act of the First Congress, Section 9, whoever wants to verify the validity of my accusations. The reason we are drowning in a cesspool of unconstitutional  laws, is that the penalty for treason is not carried out. Congressman Conyers does not appear to be aware that the Constitution and the Bill of Rights cannot be compromised. There are 35 Articles of Impeachment to be put to a vote against George W. Bush and Richard Cheney, from  lying to Congress and creating a false premise to go to an endless war(s). There are at least three other members of the House Judiciary, that are in favor of  placing a vote on impeachment, Robert Wexler, Barbara Lee and Lynn Woolsey. But according to Mr. Conyers, he wants  a broad look at the “behavior” of the Bush Administration and Congressman Kucinich can layout his argument, as part of that as –yet unscheduled hearing.  Excuse me, Mr. Conyers !! Since you are analyzing Mr. Bush’s “behavior” , you would not mind if  we exercised our Constitutional right  and reviewed the penalty for Treason, under Article III, Section 3 and  the Act of the First Congress, Section 9.  The Constitution must be obeyed at all times, Mr. Chairman, regardless of the merit of the cause, and cannot be twisted to fit your agenda, these delegated powers were “entrusted” to you, and not the other way around.

                                            Sincerely,
