When the government mandates what a pastor can or cannot say, and criminalizes preaching the Bible, we're no different than Red China. How in the name of God is that not national news?
As our research documents, over the two ciritcal days when this news was breaking, the broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) completely censored liberal Houston Mayor Annise Parker's attempt to subpoena sermons of five pastors critical of the mayor, homosexuality, gender identity, or the city's new "equal rights" ordinance.
This is a new low in the left's relentless assault on free speech.
Americans must have the truth. Only the MRC has the capability to prove the hard left agenda of the 'news' media and reach millions of Americans to educate them about the media's war on religious freedom.
It's a dark time in America when politicians use the force of law to harass pastors. It's darker still when the media hide it from the American people.
