Many Messengers/Reporters spent copious amounts of time chasing information this past week, only to be told the same thing Over and Over.

And in turn they reported over and over: “TOMORROW”.

Most of the "Messengers/Reporters" this past week all repeated what they were told from their sources.

The originating sources were/are all "Federal Reserve" information with the origin being THE SAME PLACE.

There is an "Information Dispensary" here on this side of the world that dispenses info that THEY FEEL we deserve.

This same Information Dispensary also tells our Media what they “can” say and what they “can't” say.

That information is INTENTIONALLY dispensed--to the Messengers and it Waterfalls it's way down to the individuals.

"THEY" know this.

What I am about to share with you DOESN'T COME FROM THIS SIDE OF THE POND.

This info below comes from the Currency Controller.

It comes from a Broker and it comes from a Collateral Holder. It comes from a Trader. All from "Over the Pond"

This comes from PEOPLE, REAL PEOPLE in REAL POSITIONS that are actively at the Heart Beat of these programs.

I will ask each of you to take time to READ and RE-READ this email

There is a lot of info to follow that WILL HELP you gain a Better understanding of WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN and HOW!!!!!

I was told: DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT IS COMING OUT OF ANY SOURCES CONNECTED TO GW/DC/WHITE HOUSE. IT IS ALL BULLSHIT; LIES AND DECEIT; TO KEEP THE CONFUSION LEVELS AT THE HIGHEST. TO KEEP “us" in the DARK AND CONFUSED.

Intimidation and confusion.

SO CONFUSED that we at times accept THEIR info as TRUTH as we are PROMISED it IS TRUTH, when in actuality it's LIES, intentionally CONVEYED.

So well conveyed or "sold" to us so "believable" that we accept it as FACT.

I was HEAVILY CAUTIONED to IGNORE all info coming out of "Up North". It's All Smoke and Mirrors.

Let's Begin.

I will try to keep ONSHORE and OFFSHORE separate, as they actually are SEPARATE. THERE ARE TWO SIDES.

The questions that have arisen today are “why are they Liquidating money into the Federal Reserve if it's dead, or at least on the way to being buried?”

“Why are THEY flushing this money into a Broken/Dead System?”

The answer to this is really quite simple.

They HAVE TO.

They HAVE TO keep things "floating".

They have to keep the Loans, ie. mortgage loans FLOATING.

They CANNOT allow it to CRASH now!

The large Lien Holders; France, Japan, China etc. had to be paid.

They HAD TO FLOAT the $$ into the Fed to keep it breathing for a little longer.

The take down of the FR and then to Give Birth to the Treasury system will be at one time.

The fact of the actual Federal Reserve “going down" has been accomplished, on paper, months ago.

In real time it began to happen TODAY, THE 10th.

The target date for the Treasury System being alive is 9-19-2007.

Before the 19th of September the information will become public. We WILL BE using a new system.

The Federal Reserve Notes (green stuff in your wallet) will be exchangeable, ONE FOR ONE for a period of time.

WE will have access to that new system BEFORE the 19th of September, and possibly as early as NEXT WEEK.

I was told they are "waist deep” in the Switch from the Federal Reserve to the Treasury.

Just as I stated LAST WEEK, there were to be letters going out with a postmark of the 7th.

The Letters that had the postmark of the 7th began showing up in the recipients hands ON THE 7th.

They have been arriving in hand SINCE the 7th, and as of the close of today, those people receiving that documentation at that level are now complete.

That is the level DIRECTLY ABOVE US.

Let me take a moment...to explain LEVELS.

There are multiple Levels in every program,

from the Top to the Bottom.

The Top contains the actual people/person/company that originates the placement of the investment.

Under that level are people of SIZEABLE investments. The large investors as we have called them.

Under that the levels contain investors of like size, ranging from largest to smallest.

The very bottom level being the Lessor investors. People like you and me.

Within each of these levels are also Trustees for these levels, sometimes WITHIN EACH LEVEL.

Think of this as a Spiral that is moving in the wind,

spinning.

Each level spinning with an activity and that level is part of the whole thing that is spinning.

There is movement from one level to the next that affects the next.

We have THOUGHT that each level was separate from the next when that is NOT TRUE

They don't work on ONE level and go on to the next level.

These levels actually OVERLAP each other.

As Level A get's partway done with their particular activity,

Level B starts on their next activity, and as B gets part way done C begins.

And so on.

So, when Level A gets notification or documentation B begins that same process, and when B is underway, C Begins that same process.

Again, think of a Spiral, Spinning.

EACH LEVEL SPINNING with it's own activity and the next level spinning also with it's activity.

Currently the Trustees at the level JUST ABOVE US

Have received what is called their "Letters of Readiness."

They received them THIS WEEK.

They are ready to "release" to the next level to begin with the letters.

.WE ARE THAT NEXT LEVEL.

WE WILL be hearing very shortly of people with Documents in hand.

Let's now digress to actual PACKAGES.

There is ONE pack coming to you from an ONSHORE position.

There is a SECOND pack coming to you from an a different position, ie. Foreign Banks

The ONSHORE is part of the FEDERAL RESERVE

The $ comes out of the FEDERAL RESERVE

The timing of the deliveries and the taking down of one system and the birthing of the next system is scheduled to happen ALMOST at one time.

It will APPEAR to us that it IS ONE TIME.

The First packs....onshore....MUST ARRIVE BEFORE THE Second PACKS/offshore.

That's the way it has been since the contracts were originally written....YEAR AND YEARS AGO.

The date of the 10th...today played a very integral part of the activities on each level.

Certain things had to be done....in compliance with orders.

There is a TIME FRAME.

THEY ARE RIGHT ON SCHEDULE.

THE SCHEDULE HAS NOT CHANGED.

The level above us was to be finished on the 10th.

Today is the 10th.

They are done.

We are next.

There are many programs on the Bottom Level such as Dotson, Freedom, the Numbered Programs, the smaller programs and the more recent smaller programs THAT ARE FINISHED.

THEY ARE DONE FINISHED AND COMPLETED = (DFC).

There are also other programs at the same level like "O" "A/D" etc. Because of the SIZE of "O' there have been a few delays along the way, just based on the logistical size of the program.

There are 28 programs under "O".

We have heard for years there are 28 TRUSTS for each person in 28 locations.

Because of the slowness in processing "O" and it's 28 trusts, those programs that were DFC have just had to sit and wait for "O" to Catch Up.

Remember last week I told you that they ALL HAD TO BE DONE AT ONE TIME.

IF ONE program was not ready they all waited for that program to complete what ever the project was, before the WHOLE LEVEL could move onto the next project. Projects such as Documents to be signed in order as movement takes place in that level.

THINK OF IT THIS WAY: Each program is a spiral, spinning.

And ALL the spirals had to STOP SPINNING at the same time.

So, YES, we have heard, “It's done” and yes NOW IT IS DONE.

All of the projects of signing documents, audits, money movement, accounts loaded, paperwork positioned at the banks, ALL OF THE PROJECTS are COMPLETED above us.

WE ARE NEXT.

I was told the "Little People" (not meaning you and I are small, just smaller or little Investors) are to be Paid Out with the ONSHORE $ NEXT They will have $$ IN HAND in the next 2-3 days.

Then the SECOND pack...or OFFSHORE will follow almost immediately.

The ACCESS to the money from that second pack will also follow the access to the First Pack.

Remember, 1st = Federal Reserve $$; 2nd = OFFSHORE.

THE OFFSHORE is to ARRIVE between the 13th and the 16th of August.

That being the case.....

The onshore stuff is to be first.

That would mean ONSHORE between NOW and the 13th.

As for Banking:

I am told there is a COALITION of foreign Banks....

They are HERE.

They are SET UP.

They are ready

They are actually FOREIGN BANKS, with offices on these shores.

We can use them or you can go anyplace that you desire.

I certainly will not direct any of you in any particular direction. This will be your decision, based on your criteria and on the condition of the changes being made here with regard to banking.

EXPECT THE CHANGE.

IT IS HAPPENING.

EVEN THOUGH YOU DON"T SEE IT, IT IS HAPPENING.

Expect the FIRST packs ANYTIME: SATURDAY/SUNDAY/MONDAY

The Second pack is Right on schedule for Del. between the 13th and the 16th.

You will have 5 1/2 weeks to get yourselves READY

5 1/2 weeks to get your affairs in order, to wrap up YOUR BUSINESS at the FR and be ready to Bank Globally.

5 1/2 weeks.
