CASPER UPDATE #1: APRIL 13, 2011
The Trigger Packs are not yet back in the U.S.. The reason why is that Obama is threatening to arrest anyone in possession or associated with their arrival.
He is threatening to again destroy the trigger packs if they come into the U.S.
Obama is doing everything possible to alter, hide, change, the names , identities, etc. on the accounts in Honduras, threatening the Banks and Bankers there.
So far the Banks have not given in to his threats.
The primary bank there is a subsidiary of CITI in New York. He/they are using the computers at the New York Parent Bank in their attempts to alter, change and cover-up the deposits previously reported.
Obama is threatening the Honduran and other South American Governments with U.S. reprisals if they do not immediately stop Bank Auditors from performing their task.
