Time and time again I have referred to the Emergency Powers under which the Presidents have ‘operated’ since 1933 which explains how our Government became a Dictatorship.

A Niagara Falls of ‘Legalize’ has been used to hoodwink the people and literally steal our Republic. This is just one, but one of the most important ones, of the many legal shenanigans used by those who subverted our Constitution (see the writings of “S” archived at Fourwinds). This is a report by the United States Senate written during the ‘70’s in the years prior to the ‘whoring out’ of the Senate.
The important thing to grasp is that this is but one of the many ‘emergencies’ declared over the decades allowing the Executive to do anything, anything at all.
