CASPER UPDATE #2: JANUARY 23, 2011
Today the nine Countries which have representatives presently in D.C. said packs would be out today for delivery by 8 P.M. tonight. They said they had signed contracts with the carriers with ‘do not return’ instructions attached. WE do not know what their motivation was, WE do know they were and are Bald/Bold Faced Liars.
In spite of the above the packs have now left D.C. supposedly for delivery tomorrow, no thanks to them.
You know the history. It is a long time until tomorrow. Nevertheless, Heads Up.
