they received orders from Obama, Hillary and World Court to return the packs to D.C. which they did do.
'The world' reacted, especially certain powers in China and the packs again left D.C. at 1:15 eastern today. These are Freedom packs and many many others. At this moment they are still 'out'. Most do not receive this way, will likely get a hand delivered letter but those can not be delivered until the D.C packs are being delivered.
