Obama the Clintons, The Bushes, Bernanke, The Queen, Angela Merkle and others, have been engaged in various scams to save their banks, using program funds as collateral.
More than 200 bankers have been involved with them along with certain Swiss Gov’t officials.
“HSBC” (HSBC Holdings plc was founded in London in 1991 by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation ,Now the LARGEST Bank in Hong Kong) ) AND “Bundes Bank” (The Deutsche Bundesbank (German for German Federal Bank) is the central bank of the Federal Republic of Germany)... .BOTH BANKS WERE INVOLVED.
These scams to write Bonds using Program Funds as Collateral have now been ”squashed” by those with the power to do so.
