CASPER UPDATE: NOVEMBER 12, 2010
Late yesterday the packs were again given to the Carriers for delivery today.
The Carriers were simultaneously given secret orders not to deliver, now or ever.
Overnight, China took the packs from the Carriers and were to get them back out for delivery, still today, method unknown. The person in charge of that mission is now missing in action having been under constant threats from the Military and Homeland Security.
The Military is demanding THE DOCUMENTS referred to in previous updates. Bill, Hillary and Obama are continuing to demand all funds for themselves saying again they 'must have all the money'.
A delegation arrived from Austria late last night to try to get this job done.
As of this morning all our communications have been cut off. WE do not know what the Delegation, the Nations or China is doing in response to the above or what has happened to the 'delivery mission leader'.
China had already gone ballistic over yesterday's sabotage. WE presume that situation has intensified.
