Then, when 30 or so States filed lawsuits saying the whole thing is unconstitutional, they (Obama) switch hats saying it is a tax after all in an attempt to void the Constitutional argument. What it is-is-a SCAM. The same route Hitler used to take over Germany.

This is just the tip of the coming iceberg as it will raise taxes across the board on small business and will stop cold any job recovery.
The MOST IMPORTANT thing to understand is that Obama, Reid and Pelosi and their PAWNS in the Democrat Party knew what they were doing all along, that being a vast expansion of MARXIST GOVERNMENT at the expense of Free Enterprise and Small Business which they despise as reflected in their actions while they spout something different with their mouths. Obama is not stupid, he is rather, a BOLD FACED LIAR.
Well Ho Ho Ho. Those screwed up Foreclosures in 23 States I recently mentioned were all with the lender Ally (formerly GMAC). Now J.P./Chase announces theirs are all screwed up as well and all proceedings to be immediately stopped. This affects another 56,000 foreclosures with additional lenders expected to follow suit. A.G.'s in seven states have opened civil or criminal investigations of Foreclosure Fraud.
Could this be the forerunner of 'Mortgage Debt Forgiveness'?
Could this be the 'excuse' to be used for massive Bank Failures?

I laid it aside as it is lengthy and I didn't have the time, perhaps you did the same? Do you recall previous updates in which I reported 'sources' saying what 'they' had planned for 'us' was so horrific, so horrible they would not discuss specifics over the telephone? This article is written by a Judge who wants to remain anonymous like me. It is a detailed description of the truth and reality of their plans for us and it will rattle your cage and open your eyes. It discusses so many things of great interest to all of us at this time and I highly recommend it to you.

At the third annual UFO Disclosure 'happening' at The National Press Club Monday (C-Span) those present at the silos discussed the disarming of our Nuclear Missiles by UFO's overhead, something well known in the 'UFO Community' for many years. Then, last night, a 'runner' across the bottom of Fox saying astronomers have suddenly 'discovered' a Planet 'capable of sustaining life' like ours. News is breaking everywhere, are you paying attention?
Being 'knowledgeable' about the various critical things going on in the world at this time is not a function of 'smarts' (I.Q.). It is simply a matter of the 'intake of information'. 'Information' leads to 'knowledge', knowledge leads to 'understanding' which leads to 'wisdom' which leads to a recognition that 'love'(God) rules supreme. It's like steps on a ladder. Never in our lifetimes has it been as important as it is now that people lay down their normal time consuming extemporaneous activities in favor of Information Intake as Knowledge is critical to our survival as a country and as a people.
I am 'waxing eloquent' in anticipation this might be my last update. I hope to see some of you step forward and do things your own way, "just do it".
Alcuin Bramerton comes to mind, whatever happened to him/her? I remember how thorough his reporting was and reference him/her only as an example of how one person can find and summarize important information making it so much easier for those who don't have the time. There is a great big bunch of us and not so many of 'them'.
Educating the people, helping them to see and understand what is going on will do more to defeat the Evil Octopus/Mass Murderers than anything else I can think of.
I would like to say "Adios, it's been grand", but actually it's been 'a royal pain in the ass'.
