The World Court has again been blocking deliveries with the help of the Countries in D.C. and the Queen. The Court says they will never 'release' the packs for delivery until they get 'their cut' which they define as all of the funds.
Still another China Big Man arrived last night saying he would get the packs out immediately. His promises were worthless and he was 'ordered' back to China by the Countries and has supposedly left already.
As of 11 a.m. the trigger packs were still in D.C..
Now the Communist Chinese Government is saying they will get the packs out Today for delivery Tonight. They said they would handle the World Court and as I type word arrives the W.C. has reversed themselves and 'released' the packs. The packs are in fact moving right now.
A very large contingent of other Countries are in the air now headed toward the U.S..
