For the last two days the Countries themselves, that is to say the 10 Countries whose Reps are in D.C., have been holding up deliveries.
They are trying to get at the funds in co-operation with you know who.
They have been told over and over again there is no way they can do that, not even the Chinese can get at the funds.
For some reason they just don't/won't believe.
They have now been given an ultimatum, 'Accept or Else' and told this decision will not be repealed.
The trigger packs are moving.
