CASPER UPDATE #1: AUGUST 31, 2010
Yesterday the Chinese Prime Minister "Guaranteed" deliveries by noon today (08-31) saying he had "dealt with those in his Embassy in D.C. who had been interfering with deliveries."
This morning the packs are still in his Embassy and word arrives saying Obama has promised them an incredible sum of money TODAY and receiving that money is now the only thing of importance to the Chinese and they could care less about 'the people'.
Obama continues to make all kinds of promises which amount to BRIBERY and for reasons unknown China and others continue to believe he can and will deliver. Having failed to deliver on so many previous promises to others it is a mystery why this scenario continues.
While the packs have been in the Chinese Embassy attempts to access the accounts have continued and the 'orders' to do so originate with Obama.
