CASPER UPDATE #2: AUGUST 13, 2010
Today's "Friday the 13th Scam Du Jour Number Two" was as follows:
The Countries, the Military, the World Court, the Queen, the Tribunal and all their second tier poodles, with guidance from the World Court, decided they would deliver the recipients packs without cards triggering the technical requirement that we receive first after which the Countries would access their funds, we would be left with nothing but paper work and no cards, then 'they' would proceed with their efforts to STEAL the remainder of the funds, our funds.
Fortunately this SCAM has been discovered and a 'higher power' has said NO, no one else will access anything until the recipients have received their packs and their payments.
New timing/schedule unknown.
