CASPER UPDATE #2: JULY 23, 2010
There was a Bonfire scheduled in Europe last night. The hosts were Obama, the Queen and the Vatican. It was 'rained out'.
The Bonfire was rescheduled for tonight. Again it was 'rained out', barely.
The plane was full of packs, not just Freedom Packs.
Bonfires do not provide 'access' to funds. They know that---So this was all about DELAY. Lengthy Delays.
What is most amazing is that no matter how many times Obama fails to deliver on his promises, whether to Countries, Companies or Individuals, whether bribes, Court/Legal relief or whatever, he is always able to find someone else to buy his 'poisoned fruit', another sucker. An endless line of suckers now facing charges.
The packs are back in the States now and the word is, with the usual caveats, 'heads up for late tomorrow'. Don't be looking for Brinks.

p.s. WE see/hear the remarks that 'Casper' follows the Freedom/Trigger packs only. WE follow all packs and programs and have for a dozen years, long before there were any packs, as WE are in many many programs. True, we write mostly about the trigger packs and what is being done with them/to them because they 'control' all other deliveries, which even the most skeptical among you must surely realize by now.
