CASPER: ANOTHER OPINION - MAY 27, 2010
This one a "Stand Alone" due its potential importance.
Weeks ago WE reported that the cards had been tampered with/compromised and had to be replaced. They were replaced. Since that time the "D.C. Packs" have been 'to and from' New York a couple of times simultaneous with at least two additional weeks of sabotage as also reported.
WE are concerned the cards may have again been 'compromised'. This might mean the insertion of 'chips' as was done before. It's called 'encryption' with chips inserted into the 'lenticular strip' hidden in the cards.
WE HAVE NO HARD NEWS OR PROOF WHATSOEVER THAT THIS IS TRUE OR HAS BEEN DONE. All WE have is 'strange vibrations'. i.e. 'suspicions'.
If in our place would you mention it like this or let it slide?
Our decision is to mention it, our thinking being how terrible it would be if it turned out to be true but we had not mentioned it.
Every imaginable 'con-job' to steal the funds has been tried. Its been going on for months. Will they suddenly stop now? WE don't know, we really don't know. But we do have 'strange vibrations'.
What can be done?
What should be done?
FIRST, someone out there in readership land who knows what they are talking about should instruct all of us by posting on both web-sites information about where and how to have the cards 'checked'.
Is it possible for us to check our own cards?
SECOND, WE see no reason why we should not be able- or allowed- to ask the Banker we are facing for a replacement card. Perhaps that carry's its own risk but WE don't know what else to suggest.
Please do not write or call Wendy or Casper asking for more information as we have no more information NOR DO WE HAVE ANY PROOF WHATSOEVER. All WE really have is knowledge of many of their prior efforts, suspicions and 'strange vibrations' and CONCERN, lots of concern especially regarding package movements AFTER the cards were previously replaced.
