UPS has the packs again and is saying this morning they will not deliver on orders of Congress and "God and his Disciples" (Obama).
The "Future Owner" of UPS is saying "You Will Deliver".

Access is blocked. Congress can't get in. Lincoln, Wilson and FDR, all Documents 'buried'.
The man who 'locked everything down' on orders of the President died mysteriously.
