CASPER UPDATE #1: APRIL 26, 2010
Although the sabotage was continuing as reported then it seemed only a matter of moments or hours until they would make it 'all the way through' to delivery. The intense series of events being reported then was to culminate with the arrival of still more VIP's, legal actions against the Carrier UPS the middle of last week and the final defeat of the saboteurs. Then things began to get really quiet. 'Really quiet' from a public perspective is one thing, 'Really quiet' in 'our' world another as WE have usually been successful cutting through the 'thick black smoke' we mentioned at that time. Instead, this time, the 'enforced blackout' was unusually effective leaving us poking around in the dark for several days. From comments coming from 'high places' WE were aware there was a great deal of 'upset' over the disclosures being reported here so we were not surprised by this increased effort to hide their activities . One such comment was to the effect that, given the disclosures here, 'they' "would never under estimate us again".
With World Leaders 'screaming' at each other sometimes in public, other World Leaders ending up dead and all U.S. Leaders past and present involved in a 'mad-calf scramble' seeking funds all over the world, without success WE hear, it became apparent the WAR was continuing and had not been concluded successfully which had appeared to be the case just one week ago. WE were advised during this period that regardless of who had signed what the old BUSH trick of signing off then continuing the sabotage was still in play. Also, the promises of 'pay-offs' using our program funds on the 'if come' was continuing, the prior statements by Obama claiming ownership of the funds were being repeated and the demands for enormous amounts of money for the Banks and for themselves were still being repeated by 'the bad guys'.
And Now For The Rest of The Story:
Obama, The World Court and the Banks had a Plan.......
Since all demands, going all the way back to the Bush Senior demands as reported months ago, to exchange "Trash for Cash" had been denied (derivatives), Obama and World Court Judges were holding up deliveries in still another attempt to obtain ALL F&P Funds, ALL Program Funds and ALL Funds from prior Trades for themselves. Their plan was to allow and monitor deliveries "nursing" the funds, with the recipients unknowing help, into Domestic Banks where the funds could be seized by the Banks on behalf of Obama and his many corrupt helpers, World Court Judges and the Banks themselves. When Obama was asked how he proposed to accomplish this his response was "we will force the recipients to sign the funds over to the Banks". He further stated that he is 'immune and "no one can touch him".
This Plan, this entire scenario, has now been defeated. The 'Families' and the 'Nations' were instrumental in this outcome. Obama has been told that he is not 'immune'. He and the Banks have been told they will receive 'not one penny' and will have to live with the consequences of their decisions to invest in fraudulent paper as they knew all along they were dealing in 'Trash'.
The packs were out earlier today then stopped again by the W.C. saboteurs saying 'these deliveries can not be allowed to occur'. Since then the Nations and many additional VIP's arriving D.C. this afternoon once again have the packs out and 'on the move' for delivery late today barring further interference which is not expected.
