CASPER UPDATE #2: APRIL 20, 2010
OUR previous references to Obama's 'source of funds in China' was referring to "Mr. Big" himself, the very wealthy man over all programs who WE had previously identified as helping Obama and the Supreme Court in the delaying of deliveries.
He had told Obama he could get him all the money he needed for himself and the Banks and could get trades done when no one else could. This China-man was also the true source of all those rumors that the F&P was continuing to trade for the benefit of the recipients.
He had "guaranteed" Obama he would deliver a huge amount of money to him today.
The trades were all caught and blocked. Obama did not receive the promised money today throwing him into another tizzy. This fellow, as reported before, is now up to his a__ in alligators including embezzlement charges. He has been "trapped". He also tried, to no avail WE are informed, to get the various Banks involved in holding the stolen Stimulus Funds Accounts to destroy those records.
Turns out he was not quite as powerful as he and Obama thought he was.

p.p.s. Last night the Countries and the World Court stated that if the packs were returned to D.C. they would close and 'pad-lock' the UPS offices in Atlanta and D.C.. This morning the packs were located at 10:30 a.m. in the Supreme Court and neither office had been closed. ANOTHER IDLE THREAT GENTLEMEN?
