CASPER UPDATE #4: APRIL 19, 2010
The packs were out this morning for delivery today. They were on the vehicles and deliveries were to begin after 5 p.m. so that recipients would be home to sign for them.
Approximately 4p.m. UPS Management ordered the drivers not to deliver and the packs were to be sent back to D.C.. The Nations and the World Court informed UPS Headquarters they would meet the planes in D.C. and take possession of the packs and on orders of the World Court the UPS Headquarters in Atlanta would be "padlocked" tonight permanently. The 'good guys' had already given every possible leeway so as not to have all UPS workers lose their jobs.
UPS Management, acting on orders from Obama, thought the good guys were bluffing as they had been led to believe by Obama. When management learned it was not a bluff they ordered the packs turned around and positioned for delivery tomorrow morning which is underway now.

p.s. From Iranian sources WE learn tonight that Iran has declared the proposed Treaty null and void. They recognized that the entire proposal was designed to lead them into war with Israel and are saying they will not allow Obama to do that to them.
